Mark the pharmacist is the best pharmacist I have dealt with in a long time. Always happy, attentive and I feel goes the extra mile for his customers!

We have been customers of this chemist shop for a few years now. We have found the staff to be polite, helpful & knowlegable. We use a lot of prescribed medicines and they always have what we want & need I stock. We have never had any issues shopping at this shop & the staff have always gone out of their way to help us with great service. Keep up the great work everyone.

I live in Cleveland however if I'm shopping in Victoria Point I might need to visit a Chemist for medications etc. Over the years I have always been impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff at Better Health Pharmacy. Their prescription prices are very competitive and I will be happy to use their services again!

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to to help me out with my sick kids.

I wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars. Do not go to this chemist unless you wish to be treated like a criminal. On two horrible occasions now, I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the elderly woman who doesn't seem to like the human race at all. On the first occasion, I was trying to buy cold and fly tablets for myself and I was treated like I was trying to smuggle 3000 kgs of drugs into the country. I was treated with such disgust, I was actually astounded as to why this woman thinks she should be in the customer service industry. Today I went in asking for cough medicine for my one year old daughter and was basically accused of trying to drug my child because I didn't know cough medicine wasn't made for children under 6 years of age. This is my first child and it's the first time I have gone into a chemist asking for this type of treatment, of course I'm a criminal because of the simple fact I was unaware these medications weren't made for children anymore. I was then belittled and told to go to a doctor for treatment. Little did she know I already had and wasn't given any of this information. Instead of treating your customers like criminals, maybe you should offer some friendly education and information so I can make an informed decision on how best to treat my daughter. I implore anyone in the Victoria Point area, despite the convenience of this pharmacy, go elsewhere. This woman believes she is a pharmacist when she is simply a glorified retail assistant and her opinions of people really should be kept to herself if this pharmacy wishes to gain any more business. My experience left me upset, distressed and offended. What a horrible woman who puts such a negative touch on what should be a comfortable experience of visiting a chemist for help.

Had no idea my script was 2 days out of date and was told nothing can be done. Race to my doctor to try to get a new one but I'm too late... The receptionist at the doctor tells me the pharmacist can provide me the medication with a form to bring to the doctor and return to them. I call Better Health Pharmacy to exlpain the situation to a lady for ten minutes who asks if I'm a regular customer and tells me they can provide me the medication if I've purchased my medication from them monthly. When I replied no I'm not a regular the lady put me onto Mr Helpful, who served me in the first place. He answers the phone saying "what are we doing?" I replied "trying to get my medication." He says" I've already told you nothing can be done" I said politely " The receptionist at the doctors said you could provide the meds (Allopurinol...google it it's not pain killers)at your discretion. Mr Helpful flat out denied any such thing takes place and told me the receptionist at the doctors wasn't qualified to make such a statement. When I told him his own staff admitted Better Health Pharmacy DO provide customers medication under these circumstances he cut me off saying it was up to their discression and he had other people to look after.... I won't be going back. Chemist Wharehouse is just around the corner . Thanks for your discretion....

Charged us a dollar more per prescription because we were filling our prescriptions 3-4 days before they previous prescription ran out.
Utterly disgraceful behaviour. Tried to support a smaller local business.I won’t be back!

I have just been spoken to like I am some sub standard citizen the lady serving me and pharmacist just plain rude , spoke to me in such a manner that I felt belittled - no Tammy fly suspension that’s fine but when I ask if there is an alternative I get her raised eye brows and sharp hard tone and the pharmacists well he told me to come back tomorrow - is that the best you can do for a five year old with influenza little wonder so many people die from it in a first world country like ours 😡😡😡😡😡😡 I would prefer to have given zero stars

I was refused service based upon some made-up requirement for a prescription. Very disappointing. Go elsewhere to the many other pharmacies around unless you want to be treated like a criminal.
