I've been getting my vehicles serviced here since 2004 and these guys have always done a great job. The high end cars I've seen parked out the front (saw a Jag XJ220 once!) when I drop off my 'average' car is testament to the quality of the work they do.

Great service at WPA as always. Have taken a number of German makes over the years to get serviced and always happy with the service and honest pricing and explanation of work done. The workshop has changed hand in the last year but service remains first class. Thanks.

I’m a long term customer of Wayne Park Auto. I started over a decade ago after being disappointed with over priced BMW and Audi servicing. Always committed to quality work, great technical knowledge and value, they’ve saved us thousands over the years. I trust what they say and would always be happy to recommend.

I have been using Wayne Park Auto for over 10 years, and have put all vehicles post warranty through them exclusively. It has been a pretty good relationship from my perspective, with transparent process through out. I am not sure if they would say the same, sometimes my questions might be out of their scope, but they are always respectful in their approach

I moved to Brisbane in 2019, and Wayne Park Auto initially stood out as excellent with the customer service getting the roadworthy for my car after moving interstate. They’ve done all my services through the years, and just now I was so fortunate for their services returning home from a holiday to a number of car problems, that all staff were absolutely amazing about helping me to sort - getting parts from all over Brisbane to get me my car back so I can drive for work as quickly as they could. There was one thing after the other, and they were busy but made the time when I called without a booking because of the mess I found myself in. So grateful- would highly recommend Wayne Park Auto

The engine light came on and they were happy to squeeze me in first to get a diagnosis then to fix the issue. The car now runs better than ever. Very Happy with the communication and speed in dealing with the issue.

The best in Brisbane - I went here after a friend recommended I see them for a complex issue with my Audi RS3 that Audi Brisbane could not solve. There was clear communication throughout as they worked towards a solution giving me all the options. My car is back and has not missed a beat. I won't be going anywhere else ever again. I’m happy with the job that I booked but was upsold for a wheel alignment over the phone after delivering; and the operator said it would be $55. There was an additional labour charge of $130 which was not explained on this call. That always leave a bad taste when you pick up to pay and it’s more than you had in mind.
Since then I have heard back from the owner of Wayne Park and he has explained that there was a failure in communication and that it should have been clearly explained to me over the phone that the quote should have been $55 + $135. He has since offered a refund on the difference, that I will use as a credit on my next service. I am impressed by this and will return to Wayne Park Auto.

Good service and customer communication. Pricing treasonable with labour rate about the median. We've been going here for years and can't fault the outcomes. They are happy to solve your problems, and we've never been "upsold" on anything (which is a rare find nowadays).

They also give trustworthy advice.

Simply the best Auto Service Centre in Brisbane. The team there always give me the best service and advice for my car. Better service ,lower costs, why pay more?.

Impressive. Professional, courteous, helpful. Explained the journey of my vehicles’ maintence (pun intended), like quoted prices, and offered me the choice of whether to precede with itemised maintence, or at least made me aware of when things needed to replaced by so I can budget - eg back brake pads were down to 2.5 mm so was told there’s another 2000 or so km. I have a Subaru Forester; initially I thought they only serviced Porsches, yet was happily surprised they treated all creatures great and small with equal dignity and care. I’ll return. Again, impressive.
