Norbert from the Trek New Farm store provided excellent advice, assistance when i was shopping for my new bike. I had to order my bike as there wasn't one available in my size. Norbert followed up regularly to keep me informed while i was waiting for my Trek Domane bike to arrive from the overseas manufacturer. I have been cycling since 2012 and have been to many other bike shops for supplies and servicing. I was very impressed with the service and assistance from Norbert and his team and I would definitely recommend their service and products to my cycling friends. I will definitely be attending their new location at Windsor when they move there in October. Well done Norbert, & Trek. I LOVE my new bike! Thank you.

Great service! Ordered a speciality part that I couldn’t find anywhere in Australia online and they had it within a week of the phone call. While I was there I found a riding jersey but they didn’t have my exact size, rung the gabba store who had the stock and put it aside for me, couldn’t be happier with the service.

Every time I go to Trek New Farm, I am incredibly impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. They have all been extremely helpful, including phoning back regarding parts when I was located in Central Australia (of which they tried all avenues to find, even though it wasn't an expensive part!). My most recent visit today was no different, Norbert providing a lot advice with an incredible amount of friendliness and patience. They really go the extra mile and provide fantastic customer service which is hard to beat! :)

I got to say, what a wonderful experience I had a few Saturdays ago. A young man George, helped me out with looking for a bike so i could get to work. He prioritised customer service and I felt like he was on my side. What a great young gentleman to represent your store. Will definitely be back again!

I purchased a Trek Rail mtb from Gavin and the team in the New Farm store in September 2022 and my entire experience has been incredibly positive!

Gavin (store manager) and all the staff within the store are so incredibly helpful and friendly, and l also cant speak more highly of the Trek products.

Gavin and the team were very helpful with my recent road bike purchase. I have been riding a hybrid for several years and the jump to road bike and cleats presented many many questions - all of which he patiently answered! This particular bike was more expensive then the Canyon and Giant alternatives but it was the level of service that convinced me I wanted to purchase and service with Trek. I am also looking forward to an upcoming store bike ride on the river loop in coming weeks!

I bought my first road bike from this store 2 years ago and enjoyed it so much. On my 2nd service, they noticed a small crack on the frame and provided me with a new frame under warranty. During this warranty process, all staffs were very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend Trek and this store for sure.

Trek New Farm provide professional and friendly service every time I go there. I’m always confident they’re giving me good product advice. They recently serviced my Emonda with a same-day turnaround time of a few hours. Oh yeah, and the road bikes are fab too!

We recently purchased a couple of new bikes from Trek New Farm and were blown away by the awesome customer service. We originally had the bikes on order from a Trek store interstate and Stephen at Trek New Farm went out of his way to help us get bikes to us. I feel like he went above and beyond to help us out. In store to collect and he provided us with excellent customer service again. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Trek bike in Brisbane or SE Queensland to pay a visit to Trek New Farm.

Peter managed to fit a service in at the last minute and I could not be happier with the quality of the work delivered. Best $95 I have spent in a long time surpassed all my expectations. Had just got used to a whole bunch of big and small issues and Peter resolved the lot even going so far as to correct the bar end orientation, something that had long since bothered me but which I never got around to sorting.

The service I received was next level. I’m a new rider and I had some pretty silly questions and Josh was happy to take any questions and make me feel at ease with the decision to invest in a bike. They fit it out for me and the whole process was so easy. I’m really grateful for his expertise and knowledge, but also his personable nature!!

Took my broken Ion Pro light in as it had stopped working. The team were really helpful and and set me up with a warranty replacement. Good lights and great service, what is not to like?
