MyeBike Brisbane

I was having some problems with my bike (NCM Moscow) jumping out of gear after it had had an adjustment at another shop and booked it in at MyeBike in The Valley for a Bronze service. I bought the bike secondhand and it had never really been right but this service transformed it. I'm not very knowledgeable with bicycles but have enough experience with mechanical things to be able to feel when things are working properly and correctly adjusted. What a difference competent mechanics make!

I also managed to accidentally leave my mobile phone behind on their counter when I collected the bike. I went back to the shop on the next business day and the staff had found it and kept it safe - not only do they do good work but they are honest. Can't ask for much more than that.

Incredible!!! I got a flat tyre and I was away from home. Although they were incredibly busy, they got the sensibility to see that I was in real need and made their way to help me. The service was perfect, but the positive attitude was more than perfect! I highly recommend. It’s my new bike shop from now on.

In my humble opinion, there's no point in looking at the competition, as Myebike has everything we're looking for. No matter what your profile, whether you want a bike for pleasure or, like me, to make deliveries, they have the right bikes and packages.

Availability, responsiveness, sturdiness, friendliness, fair price. What more could we ask for?

I rented a bike for 3 weeks (due to leave later), which the agency prepared for me immediately despite the high demand. During these 3 weeks, I needed a small repair on the bike, which was done directly by the technicians. So I was able to get back on the bike very quickly. The bikes are top quality, and work perfectly.

Finally, to top it all off, the team is adorable, everyone is smiling and friendly, no matter what your request.

Initially I rented it for a month, then two,then three... eventually I've bought it! Gabriel gave me an amazing price and Ian checked the bike fixing it completely. They are so much humble and respectful. Their work ethic is extremely good. They take good care of bike even it is not from their brand. All the staff members are pretty much helpful and warm welcoming.
