I know there aren't many (if any) other Brisbane mechanics who can boast the level of service, and passion the team at Pearson Automotive does! These guys are the best at what they do and are by far the nicest Brisbane mechanics I've dealt with. They're honest and straight shooters. They prioritise their clients above themselves.

When I had major issues with my car and needed additional parts, other mechanics estimated a downtime of at least two weeks (no car for that amount of time was not an option for me). Pearson Automotive went above and beyond and sorted it out in ONE DAY and provided a free courtesy car for me to use throughout the day. They went the extra mile by driving over an hour across town to pick up the necessary parts and get me back on the road. Their dedication and commitment to their clients are truly remarkable. Pricing is also extremely competitive for the service and peace of mind they provide!

I had a transmission service done recently. Daniel was the most helpful and patient despite me being not the easiest customer to deal with due to some personal challenges. He addressed all of my concerns and questions, and the transmission runs smoothly now. Appreciate your service and professionalism, Pearson Automotive team.

The team at Pearson are top notch - they looked after my Merc C63, putting adjustable springs and fixing a couple of minor niggles and it now looks and drives beautifully. Daniel deserves a shout - his communication and understanding of the issues was really helpful to me to understand what was being done to the car. Highly recommend the team - and bonus is they are close to the railway station to get to work after drop off!

So considerate and helpful!! As a young female I am used to having to take a guy in with me to mechanics to avoid being taken advantage of, but I immediately felt that I was in good hands here so I didn’t need to. I booked in for a regular service with a few concerns and it was taken care of all within the day, they helped me work within my budget and prioritise, helped put it on afterpay to make sure I was safe on the road and not ran completely dry. They called before doing ANYTHING, and let me know their concerns, what they were comfortable leaving and what they felt like needed doing asap. They ran me through prices and we were able to come up with a plan that we were all happy with. Mind you their prices are already so reasonable especially given their service quality too! 10/10 will be coming here again. To any young girls looking for a mechanic they can trust, these guys are the ones!

So helpful and great service! My car was having an intermittent issue and another mechanic shop couldn't figure out what was going wrong, but they took the time and were able to figure out the cause and fix it. They did great work and were super knowledgeable and thorough, my car is running great now. Convenient location too, right by the train station so easy to get to/from. Great work, great service, and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs/service!

Extremely satisfied with the team at Pearson Automotive with a special shout out to Jase. He has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We have now been to Pearson Automotive twice for car servicing and repairs. The first time we booked in and had some considerable work done and were told exactly where we stood with the car and it’s current state. We just had the car in for a scheduled service and an overall checkup. During the checkup a few things were noticed wear and tear etc. Dan made a point to call me and go over in depth each issue and recommend a solution along with full pricing for both parts and labour.

Pearson Automotive is a true gem of a find with quality workmanship, realistic pricing, staff that know what they are talking about. I can not fault this business, and my whole family now use and recommend them.
