Excellent Furniture retail service

I cant believe a place with this price point has service so bad.... Absolutely no one spoke to us, they were too busy with others even to say hi. We were sent in by our Interior designer ( who uses Cosh a lot apparently) after finishing our house build, but we walked out very disappointed. We actually walked past one of the staff talking to someone and nothing at all, he was more interested in chatting about his other business he does.... How does this even happen?? Come on, lower the price point so we don't have high expectations... We did pass this feedback onto our designer, and she was horrified. Come prepared to be dismissed.

I recently purchased my third Jardinco Umbrella from Cosh.

The umbrella when delivered was incorrectly assembled, as the washers were fitted in the wrong location and as a result the umbrella couldn’t be rotated, rendering it useless.

I have contacted Cosh, but to date no one has responded to my email and have subsequently rectified myself.

Very disappointing.

$8,000 each for 4 of these sun lounges and 6 months later the fabric is destroyed. Quality?
