I could not be more surprised at how well this all worked out. It definitely has that feeling of being "too good to be true" and kinda feels like a scam as you navigate through and create your profile, but it turned out to be completely legit! My ad went up on all the major sites, looked awesome, and within an hour I already had four enquiries. Can’t believe more people don’t use this option! Super easy to use, incredibly responsive and roughly $20K cheaper than using a real estate agent. I sold my place using just these guys and a conveyancing lawyer and it has been a great experience for both me and the buyer. Would love to see this become more common as a way to make the icky-feeling real estate market more human.
