Easy to find. Carpark had plenty of spaces available. I was wanting to buy a 3/4 Guitar with zero clue on anything and found their team helpful in deciding what was best suited for its intended use. They had the items in stock and asked suitable questions to ensure I was happy with what I was buying. Google maps have the correct directions to their business. One thing to note is the carpark entrance is on the side street and not the main Stanley St

One of the few decent music shops left. Repairs and service are timely and excellent. Glad there's a coffee shop next door so I can browse in sessions 😆. Always chatty staff ready to help.

Amazing store! I had a really good experience with Salvador, who delivered a great customer service. They fixed my guitar on the spot and also gave me great tips for both guitar playing and maintenance. After fixing it we tried it and it sounded fantastic.

Could have bought cheaper online from a big chain, but really wanted to support a local business. Guys at the Guitar Centre couldn't quite match the price, but close enough! Big bonus is that I got to meet such a great bunch of people who are very friendly and really love music.

This is the only guitar shop I’ll go to in Brisbane - the service is second to none and the employees are all invested in making sure you end up with the right stuff for who you are as a guitar player. Sean in particular is knowledgeable, invested in the customer as an individual, and takes the time to show you the full range of options to help in your decision. Great range of instruments. Attentive and friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Comfortable surrounds to try guitars in a quiet room. The owner also tried to source a particular model guitar I had seen from a brand they stock but didn't keep on the shelf. He was very patient and offered alternatives when we couldn't source the one I wanted. Don't go anywhere else.

With very little guitar knowledge and a young son who had been playing for six months, we headed in to the Guitar Centre looking for our first ‘real’ acoustic guitar! Garry was so helpful in finding the right one highlighting all of our options and their differences. We left informed and so happy with our new guitar.
