All Saints' Wickham Terrace the Anglican Parish of Brisbane

This small stone church would not be out of place in a UK village. Located at the quiet end of Wickham Terrace, the church and grounds form a peaceful juxtaposition to busy Turbot Street.

The second oldest church in Brisbane, and an absolute delight to spend time admiring the exquisite design both inside and out.

The current clergyman Father Duncan is the most jovial and welcoming person, a real joy to chat with, and the fact that he like me is a motorcycle enthusiast makes for some interesting discussions😉

Exquisite church, an inspiration to Catholics! Come join us already! (and maintain your beautiful character, so unlike too many wreckovated Catholic churches in Brisbane.) My law lecturer was the organist here, the music was lovely. Impressive sacred furnishings.

Excellent placed to help out the homeless and needy people every Tuesday night safe and secure for everybody well done to the folks who help the needy with food and clothing.

Most beautiful church in Brisbane hands down. Prob strayes too far into anglo papsim rather than being a anglo Catholic anglican church but still far superioir to the cathedral down the street

There are still Anglo Catholic churches in many major cities in the Commonwealth all differing somewhat in ritual. The High Mass that I attended was sparsely attended but the priests,servers,choir and congregation did a great job in making the service enjoyable. The Vicar spoke well although I did not agree with him. To me the greatest gift to Christendom by the Anglican church is the Book of Common Prayer and this is used predominantly at All Saints. I hope to return there.
