Called to book an appointment with Dr Jeremy to find out if I need a surgery or continue with a physio for my shoulder dislocation, the reception lady Nichole showed my MRI to the doctor before going ahead with an appointment and she called me back saying that I don't need an appointment since I don't need a surgery and just I need to continue with a physio. All the other places tried to book me in for more than a month time to give me this answer. I appreciate Nichole's and the doctor's thoughtfulness and skillfulness for doing this. This booking strategy is not only helping save time to everyone and also gives priority to people who really needs a surgery which is actually pretty crucial.

Im so glad that Jeremy is treating me once again for multiple injuries now after 20 years of him first repairing a meniscus tear in my knee.And it lasted all that time & still strong.A true gentleman & excellant surgeon.🥰

Reception incompetent and just do not care. Cancelled via email which of course went straight to junk mail. No follow up phone call or voicemail. What kind of practice doesn't at least leave a voicemail?
Refereed me to another doctor who also did not receive the referral from Dr Bartlett's office. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and now I am back to square one.
