An exceptional customer service experience was delivered by Rachel at this store. My 94 year old father needed an iPad immediately and she went out of her way to source one for him. She was very kind, tolerant and patient with my elderly father and treated him with the utmost respect. I was so impressed with her care and compassion for my father. She had a wonderful aura of approachability. She is a real asset to this store.

Perfect stop for anything tech! Recently ordered my new iPhone 15 cases for click and collect and within about 20 minutes had a message to say they were ready to collect. Pick up process was easy, and staff were kind and friendly despite the store being super busy! Great experience.

I got a pretty well service from Andy(TV section) and a long hair girl in reception. I spent about 5K on a camera and TCL TV from them. I have many gift card to redeem but they are very patient and professional with 5 star services. I have been to several JB HIFI stores ever, but they are truly explaining how JB become the largest digital store in here. No matter what I need I the future, I am sure will go there first.

Went in there to look at their Smart TVs. They had wonderful models on show and the one's on sale were at such a cheap price. I highly recommend them to others.

Went in here on Friday a young man named Charlie helped serve me really polite and helpful, will now be my regular place to shop!

It's always nice when you find exactly what you want in a store, but the Indooroopilly JB provided that experience for me.

It's in a pretty sweet shopping centre as well, although, I am visiting from a town without a Kmart, so I'm easily impressed.

The stock range and the staff were the best I have encountered in JB's in Queensland. There was plenty of staff and all were so helpful and new to the products they were selling. We bought a microwave and when we got home and plugged it in , it made an awful sound , I called the store and they told me to bring it back, when I did the exchanged it so quick and without any hassle. We also got a $30 refund as the price had dropped in two days. Winner winner , well done JB Indooroopilly.

Good stock variety, helpful staff, will bargain a little. Less hassle than dealing online

Found some DVDs & Blu Rays that are not available readily anywhere else. Excellent customer service. Great prices on other products we purchased too! Worth a look, this store is quite large.

the young Man that served me was so pleasant and helpful. we got some amazing bargains in the end of financial year sale and I asked to do price match with office works and he was willing too look it all up and price match everything including the new Google Pixel phone and a new I pad which came in considerably less than their price.

Got my Sony wireless headphones and my girlfriend's Shark hair styler. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful 👍
