Walked in and was greeted by Teena who sorted me out for 2 trips, 1 by plane and 1 by sea to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. Teena checked tides, wind, sunshine etc to make sure I had the perfect days booked for each tour. Knowledgeable, so professional and lovely. Can't wait for my next visit to Airlie Beach, I know where to head first!

We had an excellent experience booking a scenic fixed wing flight over the Whitsundays. Teena and her colleague were very helpful with our booking and even helping us find parking near the pick-up location for our RV. We also got a discount voucher for a great Mexican restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The tour itself was outrageously good. We toured over the swirling sands of Whitehaven Beach, and out over the Great Barrier Reef including the iconic heart reef. The experience is something we will remember forever, guaranteed. We would book with Teena and Airlie Beach Tourism again!

We dropped into Airlie beach tourism on a whim looking for a snorkel tour. Teena was so helpful and patient with us. She gave us great recommendations for Airlie beach, cairns and some other local areas. We are travelling with a baby and she really put us at ease in helping us select tours that would be suitable for our family that all three of us could enjoy. Thank you so much Teena!

We booked both the Whitehaven Beach Big Island day tour and the 1 hour flight over the outer reef. Both tours were amazing and really well run and the staff at Airlie Beach Tourism were informative and very helpful in what tours were best for us.

We had a great booking experience with a sunset cruise which was then unfortunately cancelled at the last minute, rang ABT who quickly got us on another cruise and refunded the difference. Fantastic communication and service would have no hesitation in booking with them again!

10/10 service from Teena, she was really helpful and took the time to get me the best accommodation for my jet ski booking.

Thank you so much for your help today, we have found the campsite for the next two nights and a way to reach Hervey Bay (more than you have to do)!! Children spent time playing with interactive screens and looking for the experience that we should do to discover the Whitesundays. Fortunatly there wasn't other people early in the morning!! Staff were so helpful and had plenty of great ideas for a family activity. Loved the massive desktop screen that helped you see what was available too.

Pieta is amazing! She is knowledgeable, personable and professional. We booked three excursions with her and she was able to provide tips to ensure we maximised our enjoyment on each occasion.

Right next door is also an incredibly beautiful shop selling moulded marble figurines/statues. Omg, could have taken the whole lot home!!
