Such an amazing company, shoutout to Julian for being so helpful he sorted us right out!! He was more than happy to help with my questions regarding bikes for triathlons/trails and his honest opinion really helped. The bikes are in great condition, they even got me a seat cushion to make it a bit more bearable and a phone holder. can’t recommend these guys enough, thanks a lot for everything!

We brought two bikes in this morning for a simple after repair review. Siam looked things over and made a few quick adjustments and we were on our way. The CBD Shop on Elizabeth St is right on the money and we are loyal customers.

I was so satisfied with the service at this store. I came in thinking I knew what model bike I wanted, and the staff were really patient and tried to understand exactly what I was looking for. I ended up walking away with a different model and I couldn't be happier. The bike is so much fun to ride, good quality and I feel confident riding it. Big shout out to Nick for all his help!

I have no clue on what bike I want but Nich (Nicholas) has been very helpful with respect to the purpose of my purchase. It’s my first time owning a bike and I am grateful for Nich who catered my errand. I am a person who asks too many questions and he was very patient to answer each one of them with great recommendations. I would definitely recommend people looking for bikes here because of the service and the amount of savings I got.

You get what you pay for, and with 99 Bikes you get good quality for a good price. I wanted a good quality bike. I got a well-made Dutch e-bike complete with lights, mudguards, and rear rack inclusive with a reasonable price. Arrived much faster than advised. I have been into city store to get some extras (like a trailer) and the guys there have been very helpful, the service fast, and they've let me know the day the bits arrived.

We rented an e-bike and two regular bikes on April 13 and 14. A terrific customer experience in all respects. Julian really went above and beyond to assist us! Warm, friendly, professional and thorough. Two very memorable days of Brisbane's beauty and bike-friendliness. Top quality bikes. We had one small mechanical glitch out on the bike paths, perfectly handled by Julian. 110% satisfied, highly recommend 99 Bikes and Julian!

I got a flat tire. The replacement of inner tube costed me 20 dollars with labor. It took just 10 minutes. Amazing service and speed! I can defently recomend that store! Thank you guys!
