Called Richard late afternoon about a clutch kit sorted me out in 5 mins gave me a great price better then anywhere else even online and had it in stock picked up same day, Great service

Good customer service, guy by the name of phil even fitted my wiper blades in the rain. Can't get service like that anywhere in Townsville.

These guys have helped me out on fixing our old vailant. 10/10! not only do they stock rare parts required they are also happy to have a chat about what problems we have come across in fixing up our old girl. They are more then happy to let you steal a little bit of their time and have a chat about what issues you have come across and offer their advice.

It's rare to find good old customer service let alone having a chat to a female who only knows half of the issues.

Cannot fault this stores customer service. Second to none. Yesterday (hot day) Richard was outstanding getting the blown globe out for me and replacing it. You just don't get that high level of customer service anywhere anymore and as a woman on her own, this was a huge help to me. The guys are very helpful, Trustworthy, Friendly, Reliable. And they always go out of there way to help you with everything your needing. You can't find something anywhere else I definitely recommend hands down coming straight here to the boys. They have most of all parts for your car. Also they recommend alot of trustworthy places if you need a part put on and don't know anywhere.

Went in there to check out LED rear lights to make my ute a bit more Roadworthy. Asked at the counter what would be best suited for my car and the guy at the counter came outside to verify what I needed to fit best. They didn't have it on the shelf that day but he said he would get it in for me.
Went back a few days later and true to his word it was on the shelf. Took the parts home to fit them and they were the exact fit for my ute. Thanks Cheapa Auto Spares.
