The service and communication at this store is phenomenal; with fair pricing and quick turn-around for simple maintenance and repairs. The staff not only answered questions and walked me through options, they went out of their way to make sure I had the info I would need. All of my interactions with them have been friendly and easy -- they turn the hassle of needing to get my scooter repaired into a straightforward process.

Bought my first scooter for my partner, all made possible with the help of awesome staff. Jordon and co was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for the price and quality of the service. I’ll definitely be buying another scooter from Easy Ride Spring Hill for myself.

What a great experience it was searching for and buying an eBike from the team here! Great range of eBikes and eScooters, easy parking, efficient workshop, but most of all the owners themselves Jordan and Lilliani are on the floor all the time and took all the time I wanted to answer questions and to help me decide which if any to buy. So impressed I was when I went in the week before lockdown that I bought a splendid red Callisto eBike right then and there on the spot. We took it home and had such a delightful experience with it during lockdown that we came back today and bought a yellow one for myself! You really need to go in and see these guys before you do anything, you'll be very surprised and impressed..... Love your work guys! Yours Jack

ps: here's a pic of Lisa and me riding around Hervey Bay where we went for whale watching! We rode all the way from the bottom end at the boat harbour up to Point Vernon at the top and then back again.... About 30km, had lunch, meandered here and there, lots of fun and such an easy ride!

Excellent experience! I walked in with no knowledge of e-scooters but walked out confident I had the right scooter for me. Jordan and Liliane are very passionate and knowledgeable with their buisness, I felt well informed about the range of scooters to choose from and was very happy to find one the would both suit my needs and fit my budget! I will return for all my servicing needs and maybe even an upgrade at a later date!

Excellent being the experience, no pressure friendly service. Came in just intended check out physically couple of models, offered great deal be on particular model but unfortunately weight and portability issues being problem otherwise being fantastic piece of kit. Settled on upgraded Machine X Transporter that only came in that day still in the box as it had suspension system myself wanted and total weight is only 21kg. Jordan personally delivered scooter fully charged and ready to go next day to the Gold Coast and myself be not disappointed with choice made for performed to expectations from the first ride. Best electric scooter shop in all of Brisbane Queensland, possibly even Australia! When you walk in you will find a huge variety of electric scooters on display in store. The staff were friendly and highly knowledgeable, explaining all the positives of each scooter. The customer service provided was phenomenal!! They also have lots of electric scooter parts, electric scooters accessories, and have a workshop where they offer electric scooter repairs and servicing which is comforting to know the technical support is easy to access if needed. The team at Easy Ride were very friendly and helpful in assisting me buy my first electric scooter for my commute to work. All my questions were answered and communication was maintained throughout my contact with the them I miss calculated the distance I needed to travel to work (due to not thinking about using bike paths) after I bought a scooter. Jordan was very understanding and accepted my scooter being returned soon after for an upgrade in model with a larger battery which I am super grateful for. I ended up getting an Inokim Super Ox which has been an absolute dream to ride. Sturdy, powerful and comfortable. Thank you!

Easy Ride’s customer service has been nothing less than phenomenal. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Staff are friendly and did a fantastic job in explaining the differences between their range of electric bikes. Ended up going with a NCM electric bike and glad I did. If you are in the market for an electric bike than do yourself a favour and give them a visit. Amazing e-bikes, great prices and service.
