A brilliant massage right before I did the Tour De Brisbane ride to get me relaxed and ready for an 80km ride and help with my lower back pain I had. I felt so much good. They were able to see me same day and received really great service from a beautiful spirit. Thanks for making my back feel better. I’ll come back again next time I’m in Brisbane. ❤

I had a massage at Knead and Wang was fantastic. I had never had dry needling before and Wang was so considerate- they checked in with me before and after using the needles. Wang also regularly checked in with me throughout the massage. I felt so comfortable and at ease and it was one of the best massage experiences I have ever had.

I booked a last minute myotherapy appointment with Liza to try and find some relief of a 3 day migraine. I walked out of the appointment feeling immediate results and am amazed how much better I felt.

I’ve now seen her a few times for TMJ pain and headaches and have already noticed improvement with a reduction of frequency of headaches and my jaw feels relaxed after months of pain. Liza has used laser treatment, jaw massage and dry needling as well as giving me exercises and relaxation techniques. The sessions themselves I find very calming and Liza is so thorough.

Wang was really helpful in finding my knots and working them out. He asked after my current workouts and was able to suggest how my movements might be contributing to those knots returning. Really professional and really friendly. I recommend Wang for your remedial massage!

I made a last minute appointment to relax my super tight neck and upper back, and was very glad they could squeeze me in at the end of the day. Gregor was exceptional. Very professional, good level of conversation for me, responsive to my varying pressure requests and targeted all the tense knotted muscles with precision, even the knota I didn't know I had. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Bris.

I had my first session here after being suggested as a good option for persistent neck pain. Roger was very thorough in his analysis and his techniques used were able to produce results immediately. He made sure to find the spot of discomfort in the neck area and used a variety of techniques. Highly recommended and I will be sure to return for any further issues. Thank you

I made an appointment with Roger at Knead Massage after reading the reviews. My husband had multiple bulging discs in his lower back, he had very little mobility and always in pain and unable ro sleep through the night. There was a constant need for pain medication which was still not helping enough.
We drove 5 hours to see Roger and it was WORTH it the improvement in his pain and mobility after 1 appointment was amazing. The need for extra opiates, was reduced to nearly nothing, and we slept!!!!
Roger treated HIS injury and individualised treatment and promoted independence and education. He is now more empowered to take control of his recovery, and have a better quality of life while doing so.

Anna listened to me as I discussed my areas of concern and provided a remedial massage that provided relief to my muscle tension. This was my first visit and I will return for follow up treatment.

My massage ended up being a combination of much needed remedial and some relaxation thrown in. Anna was amazing and helped release some tense muscles and relieve some pain. Will definitely be back!

Had a spur of the moment decision to finally get my sore neck tenderized and saw that this place have good reviews. I was a bit confused where it was but after reading all the signage by Albert street, was able to find the door leading this place. Nicola, my massage therapist was great! She wasn't scared of applying pressure. I like my massages very firm. Meat tenderising firm. Would definitely come back to this place and would recommend to my mates.

I was referred to Liza Markova, Senior Myotherapy, Remedial & Dry Needling Therapist by my sister to supplement my treatments with my Physio for Frozen Shoulder on my left side and bursitis on my right side. When we started the treatment I couldn't lift my arm higher than 90-100 degrees, and could not sleep on my left side due to the pain. My treatment included dry needling, laser therapy, massage and joint mobilisation for the shoulder plus specific stretches and exercises for Frozen Shoulder. Liza spent a lot of time to ensure I understood the exercises and could perform them correctly. They were easy to do and I enjoyed doing them. Liza is really dedicated to her craft and helping the patient. My shoulder returned back to full function and painless sleep. I highly recommend Liza.

Had dry needling done by Makira. She was very professional but also made me feel comfortable. Great experience, highly recommend!

Visiting Brisbane and felt the need for remedial massage. Gregor was amazing and after an intense trigger point massage we discussed further stretching and exercises. Unfortunately I am not in town for a further session. Hicaps applicable.

Definitely recommend Knead Massage. They have incredible massage therapists and myotherapists and the rooms are nicely presented. I’ve been going here for years for regular massage to manage chronic muscle pain. They also open Sundays which is handy.
