Great service from Madeleine and Josh in Brisbane - pleasure to deal with and excellent service over weekend but was a bit let down by a poorly laid out showroom (when compared to the one in Melbourne), and had some difficulty finding the main entrance initially. The products are the usual great design pieces you expect from these guys - will last a lifetime but will look timeless.

We purchased 2 lounge chairs which arrived 11 months after ordering them after being quoted 6. When they were delivered, they were missing the cushions, which meant we couldn’t use them. I have called the store 3 times and 3 times I was told I would be called back, but wasn’t. We have spent well over $12,000 with these people and have two chairs we can’t sit on. The man I spoke to today who I explained our issue to, said to me “Well that’s funny………..well I guess not for you” and then said he would call me back with an answer. Guess what….no call. They can’t be bothered to fix our problem and don’t have the basic decency to return a call when they say they will.
Wow, Cult Design strikes again -
now onto our next experience............
When our outdoor furniture arrived! We didn't receive a call to say it was in, we had to call the store to find out this information. We wanted to organise for a delivery driver to pick up the stock, we were told to call the warehouse to arrange a time and day, which we did. The drivers showed up at the agreed day and time and the warehouse was closed and the phone no. given just rang out. I was charged $300 by the delivery company who waited for 45min. I called the store to express my upset and they really didn't seem to care that I had wasted $300 on a delivery that didn't happen and still had no furniture, they refused to deliver it to me. I informed them that I would be driving the 3 hr round trip to pick the chairs up myself as they assured me they would have the chairs at the store this time and I wouldn't run the risk of the warehouse being closed. I arrived on the Wednesday as planned and was presented with a very rude assistant who constantly talked over me and asked me to go home and send him an email. Luckily one of the other staff there interjected and suggested I pick the chairs up from the warehouse , as there was a contractor there to give me the stock.
I drove the 20 min to the warehouse and when I received the stock I noticed that the chairs were not the ones we ordered.
I was told I would be contacted to organise some form of compensation for the money and time they have wasted, but as usual, no call. I really am too busy to constantly chase this incompetent company up any more and will probably just keep the incorrect chairs due to frustration.
This has honestly been the worst sales experience I have ever had, but hey, if you don't laugh you would cry.
It's a shame their service is such a joke, as they have access to some lovely brands. If only they acted with decency and some form of urgency that befits a company selling such high end products.

Took an excessive amount of time for delivery. If you find something you like on their website buy directly from the company that makes it, the estimated times on their site are a joke.
