Great location, good service, would advise taking ear plugs as it is noisy- even on 9th floor.

Only a short stroll to Suncorp stadium. We could see if from our window views. Staff were amazing and friendly and ever so helpful. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are very very spacious. The bed and pillows are a magic touch and healing for the weary.

I was a bit apprehensive seeing some of the negative reviews, so will give my take on them.
The place is old, but refurbished so rooms are fine. Larger than most, clean and serviced daily.
Staff were friendly and check in / check out was good.
You are close to a main road but I didn't hear any traffic noise.
If you're coming for a holiday around the pool you will be disappointed. It really is a token gesture.
You are within (a decent) walking distance to Suncorp stadium and some pretty decent places to eat and drink.
It is excellent value for money and I will be back.

The hotel is a budget-friendly option with basic amenities and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. While not the most luxurious stay, it provides good value for the price and is a decent choice for travelers on a budget.

Our favourite hotel in Brisbane. The view of the Brisbane River and bridges is the best. The apartments are big and there is a little kitchen for self catering. Thank you Nell for your friendly, helpful and professional service during our stays in 2023 and 2022.

What a view! I had a great stay here on Thursday 22 September. This is a good option if you're here for an event at Suncorp Stadium. I was able to check in early as my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent service.

Love this hotel. This is our 3rd year of returning to here. It has amazing views of the Brisbane River and the city buildings. It is very close to Roma St railway & bus station, where one can get transport to the Airport or the Gold Coast.

Highly recommend. Great hotel close to Southbank and city. Room clean and tidy.
Serviced with towels daily. Smallish bathroom but large room with bed, chairs a couple of tables.

Overlooking the river and the city from our room was great. All staff were friendly and super helpful. Our stay was a memorable one and we would return.

We had a lovely time at the Park Regis, the girls on the desk were fabulous, Nell went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be staying there next time in Brisbane.

Stayed here for a business trip, location is the prime consideration, located within CBD walking distance to bustling George street mall.
Room was clean, no smelly kind of thing, ahower worked well. The staff on the reception was very helpful, the pre check in can be done via online which saved lots of time. Super value is the parking included on the corporate rate. Zero reason to complain. will consider this place next time I will be in Brizzy

We loved the comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. The staff were all very helpful. We had a superb view over the river, which was illuminated at night.

I’m a frequent traveler who has been to many places: France, Italy, Spain, UK, USA, Asia, New Zealand, ... Always in 5 or 4 star Hotels and Apartments. So I think I know a thing or two about the quality of accommodation.
Everything was perfect. Cleanliness, commodities, room service even at Christmas Day, nice staff, great management, fantastic location, and above all superb room view which is impossible to beat.
We got a complimentary upgrade to even a better suite and could not think of any possible improvement in any aspect. Truly superb.
You can safely bet your life we will stay in this place in the future.

I got a great deal through Last Minute and only paid a minimal amount for a king room with a view of the river and beyond. Super clean. Super fresh. Super bed. Super staff. Easiest checkin I have EVER experienced. No perishable and non recyclable tubes of bathroom goo which is lovely. They even have laundry powder in the drawer for you! It's in a great spot for the city or the gallery. Its super quiet. It was literally the best hotel I have stayed in in Aust.
