Customer service at its finest. I was on the hunt for a pair of shoes. Tahlie (apologies for the spelling) was kind and attentive, provided me with shoe after shoe, as if I was Cinderella. Unfortunately all the styles I loved had sold out of my size in the colour I wanted. After a few searches, we found stores that held the last pairs of the shoes I loved. Both pairs are ordered and on their way. Thank you Tahlie! Your assistance has not gone unnoticed.

I had the pleasure with dealing with Susette from Chermside. I was trying to track down one of my orders that was not appearing. She was so helpful and went above and beyond. A credit to your company.

Love the products! Not a huge fan of the service. I’ve found the last 3 times I’ve walked into the store I’m never greeted or offered any customer service. I look around and show I’m interested in a product, sometimes even say out loud how much I love this specific shoe and been waiting to buy it and still never get offered any help from staff.
2 of the 3 times I was the only customer in store. As much as I love the product, that service never makes me want to spend $250 so I end up leaving. Have had much better service at the other locations.
I understand if staff are busy but these specific times they were either on their phones or ignoring the fact I was in the store just so they didn’t have to provide any service, it felt.
