King Living Fortitude Valley QLD

Got our King Promenade gas lift bed frame from here about a year ago and has been going well since. We picked out the “Ashton Natural” fabric which is light and has gold flecks in the material. The main reason we went with king living is because the gas lift frame has a unique mode where it is very easy to change the sheets without having to ruin your back with a heavy king mattress. Nowhere else sells this type of gas lift mechanism as far as we know. The delivery and assembly was very quick and professional as well.

Awesome experience right from the showroom through to the ordering process and now getting our delivery.

We were interesting in purchasing one of their newest couches, the 1977, so we were a bit worried about ordering before trying. We went into the store and they were helpful in signing us up to let us know when the new 1977 couch would be in store to try. Only a week later and we could go try it out! It was as stunning as we had hoped and the staff were so easy to chat to. We decided to order that day in store and were so excited.

Today (about 8 weeks later) we took delivery of our new 1977 sofa package in Wattle Leura and it looks unreal and it so comfy – we couldn’t be happier. The modular design and removable covers make it even more of a great choice. We got ‘Package 5’ which comes with 6 sofa pieces. Each was delivered carefully and in great condition. We were delighted to also find the little feet for each piece were in an easy to access zip on the bottom.

Trying to balance out some of the reviews as I had a good experience with the store - fantastic service, Carleen went through in detail all the colours and options and advised what best suits our lounge room and even had the dimensions mocked up on our floor plan. Advised upfront and was transparent that the sofa would take 9+ months to reach us, of which we accepted. The furniture was delivered but unfortunately had a scratch on it (not noticeable on a daily basis) and was offered a credit. Took the credit and ordered 2 Cassia stools. All round happy with the service and product.

Bought a sofa and pair or side tables from King Living. The staff were always ready to answer questions honestly. Very genuine hard-working team at Fortitude Valley store. They upfront told me regarding waiting times and set the expectation. My delivery was expected around end of March and first week April. But I got the delivery on 13th March.
I would highly recommend King Living. Their products are really good. No wonder they are so busy.
I have seen some really bad google reviews for them but my experience has not been the same at all.

Fantastic experience
We went into King Living Brisbane wanting to buy a bedroom chair.
The store was very busy the day we visited so we browsed for a little while waiting for a consultant. It was well worth the wait! Bruce acknowledged that he was aware we'd been waiting for a while and that he would be with us as soon as he could. Bruce was so helpful, his manner did not show how busy he was, he focused entirely on us and gave us wonderful advice.
When the chair arrived we were so happy with it. Our bedroom looks like it was just waiting for this chair to finish it off
I can not recommend King Living highly enough, and in particular, Bruce as a design consultant.

When I went to the Showroom, I was feeling a little overwhelmed as I didn’t really know what I was after and they had so many beautiful things. Bruce came and introduced himself and asked a heap of questions to determine what style would be best for our space, what fabrics would work best for our lifestyle and what would hold up well with kids. He showed me a heap of options and worked out the package that was perfect for us. Bruce spent heaps of time with me and really listened to what we needed and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Showroom to anyone looking for great service and beautiful furniture

Daniel was very accomodating with our request to start with a particular colour dining chair that we had previously purchased from King and work around that. Many options were presented and seeing the sample colours come together really helped. We have never been disappointed leaving King Living as you are a very creative team that helps furnish homes beautifully.

Good customer service, I was able to try out different lounges in the showroom, and the lounge I chose is backed by an 25 year warranty on the frame. Highly recommend a visit to King Furniture if you’re looking for home furnishings.

I have had my Delta sofa for a year or two now and absolutely love it. I recently moved and lost one of the brackets to attach an arm. I messaged King via Facebook and experienced impeccable customer service. They were extremely responsive, went over and above to ensure that they were sourcing the correct part, and surprised me by sending it at no cost. The flexibility of the sofa has also allowed it to transition seamlessly from a small apartment to a large living space. I will definitely consider more King purchases in the future.

Have made several purchases from King Living Fortitude Valley over the last 15 years. Definitely can’t fault quality of furniture, very robust and looks great. Have always found sales staff to be very accommodating. Customer Service, delivery and installation have always been exceptional. Can’t rate highly enough.

We knew exactly what we were looking for and assistance in completing finishes and advice was appreciated. Adding more King to our home is an easy decision.

SHOUT OUT. In March last year, we bought King pieces in the Brisbane showroom. King stored the items for over 12 months following unforeseen damages to our home from the rain event.

Not once did King complain or make us feel like they would not help us with our very extended stay. We have had the most exceptional customer service at King, from Jane in the showroom to Daniel on my account management, and equal to the quality of the products that they sell.

We visited and had excellent service in the Fortitude Valley showroom today. We had made an online order but needed to finalise selections of colours, fabrics etc. that was difficult to do with posted samples. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to make choices.

Always great quality furniture, modern and luxurious in finish and appearance, good range of leathers & fabrics to choose from, items are comfortable to sit in & stay looking good for many years.
