Fantastic bottle shop where you can drink your purchases there too! Excellent wine and craft beer selection. Super helpful and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

We had a team whisky tasting event at Malt Traders. Fantastic guide and knowledge given about selection with a bonus meat board. Afterwards we enjoyed some more beers local brewerys. Great stuff.

A sit-in bottle shop is a fantastic idea, and their selection has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Fantastic find. Australian and North American craft beers, and rare international finds including Belgian sours and Flemish reds. Great atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Edit: They have Westvleteren 12! 😱 And the below-promised Belgian sours! Amazing place.

Quick stop by to find a limited edition barrel age stout from sauce brewing on tap. Was able to get a taste and also get a few take away beers and wine. Great selection there would recommend if you are after something special.

Can't thank Joe, Declan and Dylan enough. They were all so helpful and friendly, nothing was any trouble.

I have been soooo hesitant to put a review...because this is my favourite bar in Brisbane and can get busy. It's a bottle shop AND a bar... can't get any better than that! Awesome range, selection and atmosphere. Great place to relax and catch up with people after a big day at work. Have been hooked on a NZ stout recently. Must do/visit in Brisbane :)

Such a great bottle shop, particularly focused on whiskies and beers. Its nice to have such a great range of interesting beers available and its evem better to be able to pick a few and have them on site in the shop. Seating can be tricky on a Friday as the place has v limited seating

One of my favourite spots in city. A little hidden gem. Beers at bottle shop prices. Tables inside where you can sit and chat/drink/taste all at a cheaper price than the bars. Staff are super nice and know a LOT about beer, wine, whiskey etc.. tastings going on there all the time and a very wide variety of beers to suit anyone really. Some limited draft beers available too.

Amazing selection of beers with a strong showing of local breweries. Sadly only had takeaway so far because each time I've been in its so busy there's no seats left! Seems like a great atmosphere though

What a great concept for a store. Make unique brews and spirits available for purchase combined with a social place to share them with friends. The staff were so knowledgeable and were able to make great recommendations. There was no feeling of haste and watching the world go by was relaxing. Such a wide selection of unique brews and spirits. Thank you for a great afternoon. Shall be back early 2018 to keep sampling.

Fantastic out of the way sit in bottle shop. Best beer selection around and have reasonable prices for the quality of product on offer. Awesome place to have a quiet drink.

can't thank Joe, Declan and Dylan enough for going above and beyond for my suprise birthday party. as a venue malt traders catered for the champaign drinkers to dodgy Tennents drinkers(sorry Joe), the range has to be seen to be believed and as a whisky lover its always my go to place. perfect doesn't do the venue or staff justice.
