I ordered a couple bags online and one had a fixable fault (a tassel fell off on my first use and could not find it). I emailed explaining the situation and got a quick and helpful response and a replacement tassel to attach. While I cannot speak to the in-store service, I’m very happy with the online service, quality and condition of the products I bought.

I previously shopped for the first time at the Whites Hill branch where I purchased 2x pairs of shoes. When I got home I decided that one pair did not go with my wardrobe like I thought they would. I took the pair back and was informed that there's a no refund policy and I was given a $259 credit note with a 6 month expiry date. Whilst I accept the policy choice I do not agree with no signage and no communication of the policy by the member of staff at the time of purchase, if this had been made clear I would not have spent $428. I followed up by sending an email and heard nothing back. This has ended up being the most expensive pair of sandals I have as I did not find anything else I liked. I will not be returning or recommending this business. 2 stars given because of the nice sandals I kept.
