I have been treated by A/Prof Russell Hogg for the past 10 years. What an amazing doctor! He has treated & healed my cancer & so many others. Yet he is more than a practitioner, he cares about his patients.

This cardiologist is truly one of the most caring Drs I have met in a long time.You will wait to see him… but when it’s your turn…. You will receive hes 100% undivided attention. This Dr is smart, unpacks your situation kindly.. with excellent explanations, so that you understand what is happening. He comes us with choices and solutions as to how best to move forward. He returns phone calls.
He’s manner is warm, kind and empathetic. What a gift to the Cardiology Fraternity.
He’s go to lady Kim is beyond efficient, incredibly helpful.
This is a practise that when the Hippocratic Oath was taken….it was clearly taken “From the heart”😊😊

If you are attending this service, it is typically a confronting, difficult, fearful and anxious time. These were the feelings of my father and I as we attended yesterday to book an urgent appointment. The team member who attended to us, Gail, was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us and secure an appointment. She was friendly, empathetic and demonstrated compassion at all times. Gail struck the perfect balance of being open and friendly, whilst professional and caring. She is absolutely amazing and made a difficult day so much better. I can’t speak highly enough of her. She represented this practice to a super high standard and is a genuinely caring and kind person.

The staff here are amazing, when people are at their most vulnerable and feeling pretty low it makes a huge difference when people are kind and caring. The suite is world class and the facilities are great for what you are having done. Thanks to all the amazing nurses and staff for making such a difference.

Visiting Dr Dutton regularly for last 2 years, never experienced any problems with booking and procedures. Only a bit of waiting even you arrive on time but it's acceptable.

Staff are wonderful helpful and patient Iv had a few stressful months and they help every way they can, changing appointments keeping me up to date with available appointments and what has been recieved so I'm not coming to appointments without needing to. Absolutely wonderful i would give a greater star rating if one was available. I am thankful for the staff for everything they have done. Xxx

Unfortunately I had an overall poor service from Dr Vu Kwan at Norwest Private. After a few appointments/months I was left with more pain, more inflammation and less money in my account than I began with.
After I had mentioned that I believed the diagnosis & medication was wrong or perhaps, not final, my opinion was dismissed and no further tests or effort was made to help my increased pain and symptoms. She was fairly on time and helped financially. However, would personally not see her again.
Staff and reception team were lovely and polite.
Time with specialist can be either be seen as quick and efficient or rushed and ignored.

After making a booking to date there has been little communication, His receptionist was rude and unpolite, spoke to Dr Dutton 2 weeks ago who advised he'd try and get my procedure done on 2September still no correspondence about surgery date. Mr Dutton I've been advised is one of the best for hernia ops, his staff is not so good and that's what needs to change.

The way receptionist treat patients as if they own the specialist doctors and the hospital. I hope one day the doctors take note of this. Most of the staff have no idea that people calling are sick !

I went to Carsten Palme (ENT) to get a second opinion about pain I've had for two months straight. He basically said it's all in my head and sent me home, I felt like he didn't want to give me the time of day, just wanted to see the next patient. Told me he's not there to fix pain. Isn't that his job, to find what's causing pain and trying to fix it? So confusing! I felt ignored and that he only went off what my Drs referral said. Had already made his mind up before I went in. Not happy I paid $450 for BS medical advice. I'm giving my one star rating to the receptionist who was really nice and helpful.

Edit - Following on 5 months later. I have just had a fine needle biopsy on the lump that Dr Palme REFUSED to examine at my appointment. My new ENT Dr finds it suspicious after sending me for a CT scan. It is blocking off my airways and as I said to Dr Carsten Palme at the time of my appointment, 5 months ago, that I didn't feel it was right and something was wrong I felt like something was stuck in my throat and it felt like an obstruction but he refused to touch me and said I just imagine the lumps are there and that he is NOT checking the lump. So glad I found a DR who cares and don't just read my referral from a GP who claimed me as just an anxious person then proceed to not give me the benefit of the doubt.

I donot recommend them at all, what they think is just money and nothing else , because of some bad situations I could not attend my appointment, the reception called me and without out saying anything applied 450$ cancellation fee !!!

My whole experience here was terrible. From the beginning I booked my Colonoscopy on a Monday but then I realised I would be on the plane back from interstate the day before and I did not want to do the prep on the plane. I called back the same day to reschedule to the same week Thursday. They said they would write a note on my file and get back to me. I ended up having to call every day for around 4 days when they still had not gotten back to me. Finally they called me back a week later and asked if i wanted the Tuesday or Thursday. I said Thursday and it was settled. However the Wednesday before I thought my procedure was they still had not called to tell me what time it was so i called and it turns out the receptionist Stacey had booked it for the Thursday the following week. I had already started my bowel prep and i was extremely annoyed by this because I specified in all my 4 calls that I wanted it the same week. She also did not tell me she booked it for the next week when she finally called me back a week later. This was very inconvenient because I already took time off work, started my prep, and the next week was in my university semester so I would have to take time of uni and work the next week as well. She did not apologise at all and blamed me and claimed she told me it was the next week! But she did not because I know I would not have agreed to it if I had known it was the following week. On top of this, when it was the day for my colonoscopy, they told me I would get to talk to the doctor before and after the procedure, however when I woke up from the sedation, the doctor had left already and had called my mother to tell her the results without my consent. I found this extremely unprofessional. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here.

Felt a disregard for privacy. The head of reception confirmed that yes in fact:

"ALL medical specialists here have the right to go into ANY of your medical information on their central data base (including what is held with any other doctors) connected to the group practice - WITHOUT your consent"

So when I chose to try a different specialist there, for the same medical need, and asecond opinion, the second one was only interested in going by the first specialists advice. A waste of time and money when seeking a second opinion.
