I’m so lucky to meet beautiful sales Suviana! She is so genuine and helpful and recommended two pairs of shoes which I was gonna to just buy one pair only. She saved me lots of money and made my day! Both young girls working tonight had exceptional customer service skills. Especially one of them who truly went above and beyond what’s necessary to help me out. Such a positive experience and will definitely be coming back to this store!

My Mum and I were at Novo Indooroopilly today looking for a bag for a wedding I was going to. Not only did I find the perfect bag but I received the best customer service, the sales assistant Samantha went above and beyond and I am truly greatful ❤

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

I brought two pairs of shoes from this store since I loved my previous purchases and the young lady who served that night was very nice and she was helpful. However, when I went there after two weeks to return one of the pairs, there was another young lady who did not know what customer service is. She was very rude and was insisting me to choose something else even though I wasn't ready to choose something that time. I did not like the choices available at that time and preferred to come back later to get my exchange pair. This is also because they don't have refund but only an exchange policy. Finally, when I requested future credits, she was so unhappy and showing an unpleasant attitude. I will never return to this store.

A young girl with brown hair served me today and was extremely rude. She had no manners and kept rolling her eyes every time I asked a question. Not sure why she had so much attitude especially working at a shoe store, very bad costumer service.

Awful experience changing over incorrect shoes. It may be a store policy not to give a refund but have you heard of ACCC law? Customers do not like having their business forced, wouldn't you rather us come back because we enjoyed the experience? The staff were rude and belittling, not somewhere I would ever shop at again, you have lost my business.
Edit: after three months of calling and leaving messages to H/O, no return contact has been attempted.

Hey manager, don't tell or judge your customer how and when to wear their shoes they will possibly buy from you or what socks to wear. It's none of your business. I would have walked out with any pair of shoes today, if you didn't tell me how I should wear the shoes I was eyeing off

Horrible experience, my partner wanted to return shoes because they were uncomfortable. The girl serving was so rude and unwelcoming just because we wanted to return stuff. I had to intervene when she was being stupid and not offering refund or exchang while making excuses. I somehow was able to get a refund.

If i am owner, i will fire that ugliness from my store straightaway.

Shoes broke after a week and I was told that I wouldn't be able to get them replaced as I had already worn them. Terrible customer service and quality of shoes.
