Liam and Kaitlan are absolute super stars! I came in wanting to test my size in a particular brand, and left with 2 pairs of shoes and waterproofing spray! Liam has so much product knowledge, it was so impressive. His passion and enthusiasm was so refreshing, and he truely wanted the best shoe(s) for me. Together, they served me with the best customer service and experience I've genuinely even received. Please cherish these two and compensate them accordingly - they deserve more money!!

as soon as i walked in I was greeted by a huge smile from the wonderful Theresa. such a lovely young lady, she helped me with choosing my lovely Pink Adidas Campus’ AND sold me on buying 3 pairs of coloured laces to mix and match. super lovely girl, i would hire her in a heartbeat!

Amazing customer service from Theresa! She was helpful as soon as we walked in the door, and gave us the time to have a look around before we were ready to try things on. She was so friendly and funny. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went in to the Chermside store yesterday and was served by Lee. He was such an attentive salesperson, really took the time to understand my needs and walk me through my options. I truthfully wasn’t going to buy, I was sussing out my options, but Lee was so great that I purchased on the spot and I will continually go back to him for future purchases. It’s really great to see an employee going the extra mile, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

Such lovely service. This morning I went to get new shoes for my sons and they didn’t have the shoes I wanted for my boys but still helped me out by measuring them up for me to be able to order them online. Both workers were so friendly and polite will definitely recommend these guys.

I went into Hype after no one helping me at other shoe stores, I forgot to grab his name but the guy working was so so lovely & helpful with giving recommendations

It's alright. Got good shoes but majority of the stuff is just bigger brands and a lot of similar designs.
