Shoes & Sox Indooroopilly

Sharon at Indooroopilly store was amazing today. It was super busy and my 3yo and 18mo were already a bit ratty. Sharon listened to what we needed, engaged the kids as she measured their feet and found us the right pairs really efficiently. One as a high instep and Sharon had a solution to meet our requirements when the obvious solution didn’t fit. Her advice also helped us come in under budget! Kids were so excited they left in the new shoes. Highly recommended for the professionalism in a super busy situation.

Amazing service! The lovely lady spent over 20 minutes with my daughter measuring and fitting the perfect Mary-Jane school shoe for her wide feet. After presenting a range of options and sizes we finally found THE PAIR and our amazing fitter did a happy dance in delight! Thank you as always for amazing service and for giving my daughter happy feet too.

Sharon was an amazing support. She knew the right style of shoe that would fit my daughter best, being the first time in buying that style. She also went above and beyond for my son while he went back and forth with his decision. Amazing as always

We had Andre and honestly was incredible patient with my son when picking out his school and sport shoes. She talked him through the different shoes and it help make it easy. Thank you again

Always great service and super attentive, but you must either book in or make sure to scan the QR code to get on the list for service otherwise you're in for a wait! Sharon the Manager is fantastic and handles the chaos of back to school with grace.

Service was amazing! The manager made sure my grandson felt safe and secure as she measured his feet and tried on shoes. The first pair she grabbed were perfect and we have been struggling to find shoes to fit.

Staff were amazing, we had to swap over some shoes for the girls as there were too big when we ordered online.

The service was exceptional hands done. Alissa knew her stuff and made it such a breeze to fit my son for his first pair of shoes for Prep. He was very shy and she made it such an amazing experience. He loved it.
Was soo glad I made a booked in advance for a fitting as it was crazy but we were looked after immediately upon arrival and our booking time.

What a wonderful experience we had at Shoes & Sox Indooroopilly recently.
We made a booking online to be fitted for shoes and when we arrived, we were served by the manager who was so kind and made my son feel so special.
The Manager took time to find the perfect shoes for my son and he left so happy with his new shoes.

Very seamless experience! The staff member was super knowledgeable and great with my 5 year old. We were all done and out the door with two pairs of shoes for school in about 10 minutes :) Happy Days

These guys are so many layers of awesome - it's always so fun for our kids to get fitted here and they are full of really great, practical advice - we always learn something new. Thank you to the beautiful staff that always make our day ! We will continue to come back until our kids are too big ❤

A great overall experience. School shoes can be little challenging if you wish to balance cost and quality. The range was adequate for us to work with and find something for our needs. Cath was so helpful and very professional. It is not often you meet someone who advises yet doesn't impose, is genuinely cheerful and not artificially sweet. Well done Cath... large part of the sale was your composure and our overall experience.

We booked for a fitting and were served by Monique - she was truly delightful and very efficient. My daughter can be anxious at times but she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We walked out in no time with exactly what we needed!

The day before my wedding Jordan went above and beyond and spent time calling other stores to track down the only shoes my toddler would wear. Thanks to her hard work and support my kid did not wear worn pink sneakers with his wedding clothes!
