Lovely store! Has the best range of shoes and stocks a great range of sizes. The man who help us was wonderful and helped us find exactly what we needed :)

I literally spent an hour looking for the right shoe for my overseas trip, and with me thru it all was Footgear’s wonderful salesperson Sue @ Indooroopilly with Issac. Thank you for your advice, product knowledge, patience and great work ethic. Janine

My new favourite shoe shop! They have a great range of podiatrist-approved, yet fashionable, brands and styles. On top of that, the service is excellent. You'll pay for the quality you get, but it's worth it.

I highly recommend this store! I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service I received from James. He knew everything about the make of the shoe and how it works with my foot. He had a wealth of knowledge. No use of tacky salesman tricks either so I knew the info was genuine. Thanks for your help yesterday James, you were awesome!!

Abbey at the Indooroopilly Qld store was so patient, kind and understanding of my needs. She was able to demonstrate the qualities of each particular shoe. Efficient, professional and kind. I walked away with a fabulous pair of sandals - very happy

I visited Footgear Indooroopilly last month and have been meaning to write this review since as I was so touched by the extra effort and positive care shown by Trudy and Matilda in their service towards customers. They were not there to make sales or hit sales target and if the shoe was not right they were honest about it and did not try to market their product just to gain sales. They were extremely patient, supportive and welcoming in their mannerism. I definitely recommend Footgear Indooroopilly if your are looking for shoes with good support plus excellent service. Staff that know their stuff! I was approached by Jane who clearly knew all about the brands and the features of each shoe. She was super attentive and patient with my dozens of questions and helped me narrow down my choice to the most appropriate options. Manager Trudy was great as well. I felt confident in my Frankie4 purchase! Breath of fresh air - walked out of there a very happy customer!!

A really great shopping experience at Indooroopilly Footgear, where Matilda looked after us - so helpful and friendly, as we tried different styles and finally went for a pair of Franckie4 Jackie. The shoes are perfectly comfortable and we were able to get 10% off as a teacher.

Matilda was very helpful. She was patient while I tried on several shoes and allowed me time to think. I ended up buying a pair of shoes because she wears them herself and said they were excellent!

After having an awful experience at the Carindale Store, I went to Footgear Indooroopilly and found A++++ customer service in the lovely Matilda. Matilda took the time to explain the Frankie4 shoes to me and find the perfect fit for my feet, especially given that my right foot is 14 weeks post recovery from a three bone break. It’s been a long road to recovery, given my foot swells and pain increases if not supported correctly. Especially working long hours on my feet in a hospital, so I hope the Frankie4 Ellie Shoes will be just what my little feet need. Matilda was absolutely wonderful, empathetic and caring. She really did want to find the correct fit and shoe for my feet. I will be returning in the future for more shoes, even though I live on the Southside, 5 minutes from thr Carindale Store (literally). Matilda and her team at Indooroopilly are def worth the drive in! Thank you Matilda. 💛

Shivika was extremely helpful in getting me a pair of gorgeous Naot dress sandals. She called 3 stores to find my size and checked that there were no irregularities on the shoes. I only had to wait 2 days for my shoes to arrive. Thank you!

I have a very wide foot and was worried about whether I could get comfortable sneakers. James fitted me with interesting Swedish sneakers and a new brand Ziera which are so comfortable. Perfect for a wider foot. I bought Ziera.
