Florsheim Brisbane CBD

Had an interview that morning and shoes had fallen apart on the way, and this was the only store open at 8am. I walked in and was welcomed warmly by a lady and given quick and nice service and was able to buy a new pair of shoes very quickly. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was super helpful and I truly appreciated her help. I hope she sees this. Thankyou :)

Really excellent customer service so rarely seen these days in their Adelaide St. shop on a Sunday morning.

Don't buy online, go in store! The staff at Florsheim Brisbane are far more helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating than the online store is. The in-store staff know their products and will do what they can to assist when things go wrong. The online store will "investigate" until pressured to hold up there end of the ACL.

Really focused quality and exceptional customer support from Shannon at the Myer Center Queen Street store. Really focused on showing how customers should be looked after. I had an issue with a pair of shoes and it was handled with a smile, professionally and with a focus to ensure I was really happy. Support like this is almost a lost art but Shannon showed how customers should be looked after. Well done. After this, Florsheim is the only brand I will be purchasing.

Shannon was very helpful and friendly. She quickly helped me find what I was looking for and had great suggestions. Unfortunately, the store cannot match the online prices due to them being different entities. Very upsetting since I wanted to give her my business!

I would like to know if you sell traditional Japanese shoes/sandals for a cosplay of min?! I have not yet been to your shop so please reply so I can see if I should go! If you don't sell them I'd love to see if you know if people sell them anywhere else. Thanks!

After a disastrous experience getting wedding shoes with Myer and being given 2 left shoes by their mistake I bolted up here to get a replacement pair and couldn’t have been met with better service from Shannon who was happy to let me in early to sort out the emergency and made my day! Thankyou so much

Awesome service. Staff very helpful and know their stuff. I had a quality issue with my shoes and they replaced them without issue, not the companies issue just manufacturing flaw

As a retailer myself, I appreciate a great retail experience. I got that today in the Brisbane store in Adelaide Street. I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name, but she had great product and industry knowledge and a very pleasant delivery. I’ll definitely be back.
