This is my first time visit this store. Normally I went to the same store that located in Sunnybank.
But I think I love this place more. Because it is more organised and more clean. This place also not too crowded. And the staff more polite then other store.
If you looking for asian store this is the one that have wide variety not only chinese stuff but literally they have from another country in Asian.

Great selection of spices, this was just a small sample of what was available, amazing meats and vegetables too. Value for money ++. Regular trips here are a must for Asian grocery needs, it's way deeper than it looks from the outside.

I shop here weekly for Chinese groceries and snacks. The Seafood Section is improving offering quality live seafood.

Best Chinese supermarket ever!

Yuen’s market in Chinatown is the most affordable and delicious grocery in town. Eastern ingredients are readily available from many regions. Great value, amazing stock and always fun to experiment with new things you’ve not tried before from somewhere less familiar to you. Stocks Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian and Malaysian flavours in abundance. Exquisite jasmine tea, incredible frozen dumplings, traditional fermented soy milk and THE BEST NOODLES are all things you can pick up here for a song. Broad range of spices and curry pastes too, all at very competitive pricing. Great place if you’re on a tight budget, and the diversity of cultures represented is unmatched. Lovely staff too! Try something unfamiliar and random from Yuen’s today and find your new favourite. Excellent for creative development with regards to cooking.
Chef’s paradise.

One of the more hidden away Chinese grocer gems, it's a great place to pick up very cheap fresh veggies and better quality Asian ingredients than the big chains for a lower price. They have an excellent seafood selection, and would recommend picking up their bugs/crabs.

This place is like a TARDIS. All the normal things you’re used to seeing in a Chinese supermarket inside and so much more. Good prices on goods and you can pick up some fresh veg here for much heaped than the supermarket. A great place to grab some interesting sauces and pastes for cooking!

Ive recently returned to Brisbane after leaving in 2012.
I was so pleased to see that Yuens Market is still trading. I love this place. Good range of products, very well priced & friendly staff (especially Mei)

Great Asian grocery - it looks small on the outside but don't be fooled. It's cavernous on the inside and has a wide selection. Not sure if prices are absolutely competitive but it looks to be that way. At least nothing looks overpriced

Great spot for Asian groceries! I visit At least once a week to stock up on the essentials - they definitely have the best prices of fresh produce in town.

Provide a great variety of Asian product with a decent price
Their veggies are always fresher and cheaper compare to big supermarket chain (Especially if you grab them before noon :))

If you're looking for ANY Asian product, fresh vege, fish, china, this is the place for you. Busy, busy. My son is a chef, I do his product shopping here, as he lives in FNQ and doesn't have access to a range as massive as Yuens.

They are on Wickham St, Fortitude Valley. Parking can be challenging, but 15 minute spots available, or use the multi story parking off the Chinese Mall.

Helpful owners. They have another outlet at Sunnybank, and are also Distributors to the restsurant/food industry. Great business, intriguing range of products, they will explain how to use them.

Love this shop, could wander around for hours. No trollies, but do have baskets. For a trip back in time to Hong Kong or Asia, pay a visit.

A wide range of groceries from Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia and China. Frozen foods and vegetables are mostly at the back while dry goods are in the front. This is a smaller store compared to the one at Market Square, Sunnybank.

Best Asian store with lots of stuffs and friendly staff. Have been visiting this store since 2 years never had bad experience. Highly recommended.
