Just wanted to leave a review for the customer service I received at your shop earlier today. The staff member that assisted me was attentive, professional , patient and very kind- she brought out multiple pairs of shoes for me to try, even recommended a few I hadn’t seen and helped distract my toddler when she made a run for it out of the store!
I’ll be back to buy the two pairs of shoes this staff member showed me sans toddler later in the week. Thanks for being kind and patient with this very tired mum!

Was really pleased with the service from Margery, I sure that was her name.
She was extremely helpful at finding some extremely comfortable shoes to suit my post operative wide/ broard foot. Something that was also modern looking and not to old looking for my age. Very pleased with her service today and will be back in the future.

My husband and I wandered through Chermside this morning, casually looking at shoes but not really intending to BUY anything today. We picked up a pair of white sneakers, looked at the price ($209) and immediately put them back down again and were about to make a quick escape! However, a lovely, friendly lady asked what we were looking for, and offered to help.

To cut a long story short, about an hour later, we left the store - each of us WEARING the most comfortable new shoes!!! We also carried a third pair of shoes (those white sneakers!!) and the shoes we'd worn into the shop in boxes.

I want to HIGHLY recommend this shop for both the quality of shoes ... (the most comfortable I've ever worn!!) and the terrific service. Monique, (the manager of this store) was so friendly, authentic, professional and helpful. She made the whole shopping experience really FUN!! I felt like I'd made a new friend today ... and I LOVE my new shoes!!!!

My adult daughter finds it very difficult to find comfortable, practical shoes. We visited the Chermside store where Fraser (staff member) didn't put us in the too hard basket. He listened to my daughters concerns and tried different brands and styles of shoes until we found the perfect fit. He was very patient and had very good product knowledge.

Have trouble finding comfortable shoes as have had foot problems for years. Tried on a few before I got a great fit with a pair of Arches sneakers. The sales person Kez was extremely helpful with fitting & knowledge of the product. I have found them extremely comfortable to wear. I would certainly return to this store again & would highly recommend.

I have extremely problematic feet. Besides wearing orthotics, I have other issues as well, with a few crooked toes and cushions on top of my feet. This means buying shoes are a real nightmare! I usually go to the shop on a mission to buy shoes, and come home - defeated! However, when I visited Footmaster at Chermside it was a whole different story. Monique was extremely helpful and professional. She literally sat down on the floor and fit the one shoe after the other with such care. She was definitely making sure I was satisfied and we got the right fit shoes for me. I cannot recommend Footmaster and Monique highly enough. It was an AWESOME shopping experience!

I have been suffering extremely bad arch pains for months with constant cramping, and couldn't find anything to help relieve these symptoms. By chance I came across Footmaster and walked in to find the most helpful and courteous lady by the name of monique. Who after one look at my foot knew exactly what was wrong and how to help.
After recommending and walking me through options of style and comfort best suited to me, I walked out with two new pairs of shoes that left me feeling like I was walking on air and a pair of inserts.
