Shout out to Cam, he was extremely knowledgeable about which shoes would suit my needs. He listened to my long winded story about what I would need them for and gave plenty of choices. Friendly and personable guy, would recommend getting shoes fitted by him. Store was clean and the staff were very attentive to the customers. Thanks again Cam!

I came in over a month ago now and completely forgot to leave a review until I saw it in my notes. Hamish was fantastic! A legend even! He knew all that I wanted to know about the shoes I was trying on and was extremely helpful. I'm ashamed to have left this review so late because the people need to know!

Went here to buy school shoes for the kids. We got amazing service. Efficient and effective. Staff really know their stuff and still made the experience enjoyable for the kids. They also used 'my fit' technology to make sure the kids strides are normal. Plus they give money back to your school if they are part of the program.

Athlete's Foot stocks major brands including Brooks, Nike and many others. MyFit allows customers to select correct shoe size.

Fantastic customer service! I've visited twice in the last week to purchase school shoes for three children. The "Fit Technicians" were very patient and helpful until we found the right shoe. They made a stressful shopping goal an easy, peaceful experience.

The staff were able to fit all three of my children with the correct shoes for their walking/running about. The support and quality of the shoes they were recommended are fantastic and worth the trip to get them fitted correctly. The staff are very friendly and work well with kids.

Grade A customer service! Cameron, who was in training, worked with me over the course of several visits and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my shamefully wide and flat feet. Nevertheless, his customer service and knowledge persisted and I am very pleased. Will definitely recommend if you have minimal knowledge about footwear.

After visiting several other shops I left The Athlete's Foot happy. There was enough staff on that we were attended quickly, the store was clean bright and tidy, they didn't have loud music playing (I'm HOH), the 3D measuring process was a good starting point and the whole experience was much easier than initially expected.

Fantastic Customer Service. My shoes got ripped three months after purchasing it. They swapped my shoes with new ones easily. Jai was really helpful and patient. I definitely recommend buying shoes from this store.

I went here a few days ago, got great and quick service. The person assisting us was called Hugh, and he was very fun and not impatient in any way. Despite the place being a bit pricey, it's totally worth it for all the work the employees do to make the customers happy. Won't stop going here anytime soon. 👍🏻And the shoes I got were incredible.

We had been to Footlocker first with my two kids, where they basically ignored us and we had to ask for them to measure the kids feet and even then only measured one and didnt bother to help the kids put them on or do them up. So we left and went downstairs to The Athlete's Foot.

We were greeted by the lovely Jack who went to great trouble to measure both feet of both kids and brought out heaps of shoes to try on. Both my kids got a great fit and we left very happy. Thanks Jack & The Athlete's Foot! Great service every time. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I have spent hundreds of dollars on sneakers that end up hurting my feet when I finally decided to go to Athletes Foot to get measured for better shoes. So impressed with the customer service.

10/10 service. Very helpful, patient and professional staff. Jamie, the fit technician spent more than 30 minutes helping us to fine the best running trainers. Highly recommended!
