Good range of footwear. Lovely display of shoes . They even have a coffee shop with tables and chairs both indoor and outdoor. There’s a lot of parking for you.

Just went into Frankie 4 headquarters with mum. The store was absolutely beautiful very clean and aesthetic. The service was absolutely amazing, staff were very helpful and mum walked out happy with a new pair of boots for work! Didn’t catch the workers name but she was so lovely 5/5 stars !!

I was served by Liz today at the Indooroopilly store. Nothing was too hard for her. She spent so much time with me and my flat feet and I appreciate her assistance. This is the second time I’ve been to the Indooroopilly store and the service had been exceptional

Wow just had the best experience at the shop. Had to bring my pair of frankies in, purchased 6 months ago, because one of the shoes got a hole on the side (the leather separated from the sole). This was not my first pair and I know frankies usually last MUCH longer than this.
The team replced my pair with a new one straight away. Very pleasant experience in the end

I spoke with Rachel from Customer Service and she was super helpful. Rang the store she suggested and the lady on the phone was also super helpful. I've ordered my boots which were not available on line and am super excited that I have been able to get my boots. Great Service!

I had the best experience at the indro store. The assistant was so patient and lovely to me as I tried on different styles. Unfortunately there was not much stock in my size but I was able to come away with a terrific pair of shoes and enough information from her excellent product knowledge to feel comfortable buying for my strange feet online. Absolutely love Frankie 4 shoes.. they are like walking on clouds. These shoes are worth the investment. They also have fantastic sales. Also… as far as customer service goes.. this company has you. If you raise any issues of concern as I have previously they are all over it addressing it which is rare and just general questions like me asking if they could find a particular pair of shoes in a size for me Sharna went above and beyond for me and emailed where I could find them.

I have been a Frankie4 wearer since they first started. They have honestly saved my feet - and back and knees - and doing it all in style. I can’t recommend these shoes highly enough - especially as our bodies get a bit older. Last week before the warehouse sale I spent an hour at the Windsor store and can’t thank Jane enough for helping me choose my sale purchases. She was so patient and fun and positive and knowledgeable. She was not once pushy and just made trying on all those shoes good fun - I was not once made to feel I was taking up too much time like some other stores do (I often feel they just want a sale whereas I felt like I was just listened to and not chastised if I didn’t buy something - which of course I did). I even ended up with a pair I didn’t think I would ever wear - but they were sooo comfortable. Thank you Jane and thank you Frankie4. Paige

Very helpful through the whole process.When I made a mistake returning two pairs of shoes ( with one label)it was cancelled and then was given instructions how to reply for two returns of shoes getting two labels. Had an issue with my order and got on to Claudia within minutes. She was very patient and helpful and resolved my issue quickly and without any hassles. It's great to get such prompt and efficient service particularly when you're spending a reasonable amount of money....and of course I love my boots!

I had ordered my first pair of Frankie4 shoes for my wedding recently.

After receiving them in the mail I noticed a small gauge and mark on the shoe. I tried them on and even though I had purchased my regular shoe size, I felt the shoe wasn’t fitting my foot correctly.

After notifying the online team about the shoes i decided to find a local store. I made my way to the Indooroopilly store today with my fiancé and I was helped by the loveliest young lady named Jade.

Jade was so helpful and super apologetic for the condition of the shoes and the sizing issues I had.

Jade went above and beyond to give me such a wonderful experience in the Indooroopilly store.

Jade has organised a new pair of shoes in a bigger size to be sent to my mailing address again. Jade was so attentive, caring and I left the store with a huge smile.

I bought my second pair of Frankies and can’t be happier. Comfortable and very high quality sneakers. Customer service are exceptional and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service and great products! I contacted the customer service team about a fault in my shoes which appeared after a dozen or so wears (shoes were purchased 3 months earlier). Rebecca responded within 24 hours and arranged a full refund and free return of my shoes. I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes are extremely comfortable.

Love their shoes! I’m on my feet all the time and never feel the need to kick my shoes off at the end of the day. Their service is also amazing. They rectified a situation so quickly and had my shoes in my hand the next day!

I have a few pairs of Frankie's and I absolutely adore them. My feet don't ache after standing for a whole day at work and they look great !
Frankie's customer service is top notch - they go above and beyond to make sure you have the right shoe for your foot. I have wide flat feet so I'm always asking online support whether certain shoes will suit my feet. Melanie in particular was wonderful; she sorted out my questions regarding sizing and made the whole process of ordering shoes easier. Highly recommend Frankie4 and their amazing customer service.
