Awesome. Great staff and very helpful. Awesome team working there with great customer service and great advice for a newbie suit wearer. The team here aren't pretentious like other stores I tried going to.

I bought a stunning pair of beautiful black quality leather lace up boots with a low stack heel. The really exciting thing is they take my orthotics & are so comfortable to wear. I'll definitely back for more footwear. The young gentleman who served me was most knowledgeable & helpful. Thank you Florsheim.

What a pleasant surprise and pleasure to get such competent service. I called to check stock for a shoe I saw online, Taylor was very accommodating'' offering to put the last pair aside for me, when I came into the store Caroline W was expert in helping me try them on, they were not to my liking but with Caroline's help I was pointed in the right direction, normally I take an 11 (due to lack of half sizes), Caroline encouraged me to try the 10 1/2 which I did and it was perfect. Very happy with style, fit, price and service, does not get any better than that.

In a world where after sales care and support is diminishing this business is setting the standard in customer service. It is this standard that will always make me a Florsheim customer. Although I wasn’t able to find a pair of shoes due to my foot size, the team were extremely helpful and bought out countless shoes for me to try on. Florsheim also seems to have pretty good service, particularly at this store, Pacific Fair and Robina.

Very rude and bad behaved service. I was there to let them know that the sole of the shoe that I had purchased was chipping off and the layers are peeling off too. I was told that it was my fault that I am wearing them everyday to office. That they are meant to be worn only once or twice a week. A pair of black mens formal shoe meant to be used only once a week that too 190 dollar shoes!!! Not sure what to do now and the shoes are only 6 months old.
