Walking by my girlfriend Nina & I discovered an art exhibition in the foyer of the plaza! A very green leafy garden on the street level! A taxi rank is outside!

Parked here on weekend, we stayed in area from 6.30 to 9.30pm. Booked online, used credit card to enter and exit, found the car park. The ramp and signage are hidden behind structure so you need to drive slow after the lights to see it.

No real issues, got in and out easily and paid $5.20, so can't complain.

Saw some bad reviews, maybe it is run differently on weekdays.

Was impossible to find a carpark. After driving up and down a few times I was told to park in any reserved space that didn’t have a car parked in it.

This a dreadful car park and should not be made available for public sale, if you manage to find it, as the entrance isn't marked, and is on a busy junction, after you've done a couple of laps of the city one way system, most parks are not available due to contract hire, the ones for public when not full are a random layout, two deep or at angles stuck out where cars drive, or behind badly placed pillars. When you get to the end having failed to find a space there is nowhere to turn around, requiring awkward reversing around badly lit tight corners.

The staff decide 1:30pm is a great time to go to the pub and forget they told 4x4s to park in front of other peoples cars. They have a complicated greedy method of parking that has parks in front of others to maximise profits but can’t fund stuff to manage it and drive/ move the other cars when one is departing. The parking process requires a complete overhaul. They make you wait 2 hours to leave and charge you a late fee. Down bad parking.

BEFORE PARKING HERE NOTE IT CLOSES AT 10pm. because when you arrive it has the smallest signage of closing at 10.

Disappointing given its location, we went for dinner & thought we would park close by, after dinner we had a couple drinks to catch up with friends and then as we left at 10:15pm we found the carpark closed.
So the price of Uber home, Uber back in the morning and 2 x the flat rate maybe it not worth while. Will never park here or any other Wilson’s car parks just incase we get locked in again.

The driveway was too narrow and parking in shattered the rear windscreen. I had to order brand new glass

Our experience was extremely disheartening. My husband took me to dinner on the riverboat for my birthday. He purchased a parking bay online. When we put our card in the machine it couldn't read details. We then got told to park up and press intercom button on our way out, which we did. No one answered intercom and then we had to pay over
$80 to be able to leave carport. Completely ruined our night. Will be putting in a complaint not happy.

Drama finding it but we are not local. Also most slots were labeled for private users and we weren't sure if that applied at weekends. The car park was almost empty but we really weren't sure where to park.

Be very aware that they close there doors at 11pm on a Friday night then sting you big time the next morning. Better off catching cabs both ways it will still be cheaper than parking with Wilsons.

Don't ever park here unless you get a free spot from your work, even then ask if there are any better car parks available!

Be aware they close at 10pm, and by 10pm I mean 945pm and then charge you for a call out fee to open up.

This is the same company that operates at offshore detention centres. Attitude to people is consistent with that.

It’s way too expensive and the car park is so narrow.
