Very happy .Don't have to wait for long to be seen. Good having other services available in the clinic besides GP.
Dr Modarres is very knowledgeable and also does acupuncture.
The acupuncture he did on my husband alleviated the pain he had for 15 years.Other doctors couldn't help with the pain and discomfort.

Very happy with the Doctors & services here, appointments easy to book online, plenty of free underground carparks & small pharmacy onsite (Dentist, optometrist & other services that I haven’t used there too). My family have have all seen Dr Linda, Dr Reza & Dr Anna who are all great, very thorough & genuinely care about their patients. The practice Nurses who’ve administered both my small children’s early childhood vaccinations are lovely & did everything to make the process as stress free as possible. Pharmacist & reception staff very welcoming.

Dr Anna was really polite and gentle. Had my vaccine done by nurse Tessa and she’s the most gentle nurse! Did the shot so quick and no pain at all.

Ushered in, they used all the info in the pre appointment form filled out electronically, didn't have to do anything more. Had a short wait and the Doctor himself gave me the pep talk regards the 4th jab. A delightful nurse stabbed me with her steely knife and once more the beast is at bay. Like this place. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic service. I couldn't get in to my regular GP on short notice but these guys were able to fit me in and get me sorted and on the mend fast. The pharmacy as part of the centre is a brilliant idea!

Last time I visited a couple of years ago, I had to wait over an hour for a booked appointment. I would never have returned if I wasn't recommended I should see Dr Reza for an ongoing illness that was getting dismissed by other doctors. Now I couldn't recommend Dr Reza enough! He was on time, genuinely listened and provided treatment options which are finally helping me to recover.
The clinic is no longer bulk-billed as it previously was, but I will definitely be returning now as Dr Reza is an excellent GP and restored my faith in My Medical Centre Hamilton!

Outstanding bulk-billed medical centre. The receptionist/pharmacist was so lovely & helpful, even though I got a bit lost on the way there as my GPS provided absurd route & was still saying I was way off course & needed to re-route. Nevertheless, very grateful for her efficiency. Dr. Robyn Meares is a paragon! Wonderful, knowledgeable doctor who combines her vast wealth of experience & knowledge with sensible advice & straight-forward professional opinion.

Great Covid 19 vaccination service by all the staff, including front desk administration, the doctor and the nurse administering the vaccine. Everything went smoothly, the advice and direction of the doctor and staff was very clear and everyone throughout was supportive and friendly.

The support and care I have receive from my Medical Hamilton is the best I have ever had. I am always welcomed with a smile and my Dr gives everyone the time they may need, so sometimes you may have to wait a little longer but it's worth it in for better treatment.

Dr Linda Perkins you are a true asset to your Team and I am so glad I found you at such a challenging time with my Health journey. I feel I can talk to Linda about anything because she genuinly listens. I cannot recommend Linda enough!

Dr Reza is extremely knowledgeable, professional and most of all caring. I am so comfortable with him. I always leave feeling I’m in good hands. He is truly an amazing doctor

Got a booster here. All the staff were lovely, I didn't feel rushed and felt that they were really interested in my care. They are local to my new place and I'll definitely be returning!

There is a new doctor in town and he is amazing. Dr Reza ( hope the spelling is correct ). I have never met this gentleman before so glad I did. Went in with severe muscular pain ( or should I say staggered in ) after his treatment felt like a new man. I was wary at first but soon felt so much better. I have no affiliation or prior knowledge of this person or staff. Do yourself a favour feeling ill ? Go and see this excellent doctor.

Friendly and responsible staff, excellent doctors and Physio.
Dr. Reza is experienced and knowledgeable in Musculoskeletal medicine and he helped me a lot with his skills in dry niddles and injections.  So I came back to normal life.
Also Joanna at Physio she was really great and professional with using the techniques and also with programs on the app helping me to maintain my muscles and joints.
All staff working in the centre are caring people and so kind and polite.

I had an appointment with Dr Mawer for a minor illness. I was happy with the quality of the consultation and it was bulk billed. I waited 25 minutes although this is reasonable when bulk billed. I think people need to be realistic, a wait is expected in a medical center.

Some on the best help I have gotten from a medical centre team.
The receptionist, the pharmacist they went beyond helpful. I am actually looking forward to going back on Friday.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Nivea for my dental appointments. She was constantly asking my option, considerate of what would work best on my budget. I honestly couldn't be happier...for someone that hates the dentist I look forward to my next appointment with Dr Nivea

Everyone was super helpful especially the pharmacist and receptionist. The optometrist Rory was really good he helped resolve my eye problem immediately, he was very thorough and recommended prevention.

Dr Mawer is by far the best doctor I've had in a very long time. On one occasion my appt was pushed back but Dr Mawer always goes above and beyond my expectations so I'm more than happy to wait.

Dr Reza was kind, professional and really listened to me. The receptionist was so lovely and even gave me a ‘welcome pack’ at my first appointment.

I was fearing the worst based on the reviews but now I'm really surprised by the reviews because my visit was great. Appointment was on time and the gp was a very lovely lady.
