Staff were amazing! I had received the best service ever! Could not find my Cloudmonster, however, Eli gave me the most professional advice and being really patient. Unfortunately I could not get my Nimbus 26 today. Highly recommend the store and his service.

Excellent service and handy location at the lower level of the mall. The staff know their stuff and take the time to test and fit to make sure you get the best shoes for your needs. Highly recommend them.

Awrsome service. I ended up buying the shoe online as they didnt have stock and I needed in a hurry. However, the information I received was very informative and tailored to my needs and as above the service was fantastic. This store will now be my first stop for any new shoes.

Came in 5 minutes before closing in a hurry and a very chill guy called Eli was still willing to help me search for and try on shoes I needed urgently.

The staff working at around 5:30pm Friday 1st of March were swamped. They still did their best to check in, apologise for the wait and made sure I was looked after. They matched my feet and gait with a pair of amazing shoes. Love my new Hokas.

Went in today, got served by Sussan. She took a lot of time to walk me through various options, including what was available in store, and not in store. She was knowledgeable and patient. The model I ended up wanting was not available in store, and was flying back home to Melbourne today. Ordered from Athletes Foot website, as I genuinely felt the effort had been made, and if that is how AF trains their staff to do customer service, I want them to keep doing it.

Took awhile to find store but got there in the end. Had gone directly to this store based on previous Google reviews. I was in pain due to a poor choice of footwear I had been wearing for long walking. I was served by Ella who listened with care and had me fitted with appropriate footware quickly. She was a pleasure to deal with and my pain was lowered tremendously as a result. Thanks Ella! and this store is highly recommended.

First bought shoes here in March. Were treated amazingly and the guy that helped us spent about 45 minutes talking through ALL options and made sure we left with the best shoe possible.
Went back a couple weeks ago for another pair and were treated the same way.

I've been a customer of the Athlete's Foot for just under 20 years. Due to my husbands work, we tend to move around a lot so have bought runners and school shoes from different Athlete's Foot stores throughout Australia.

I can honestly say that the customer service we received at the Winter Garden branch of the Athlete's Foot this morning by Nikki, was the best we've ever experienced from this chain.

Nikki was professional, courteous, efficient, friendly, helpful and very well informed of the various runners and shoes we were interested in. Outstanding customer service.

Nice place to measure your feet properly and see how it's the best pair of shoes for you, with the smart machine who can see the way you walk and print a 3d image of your feet.
