Reading the most recent reviews and I am not surprised that they receive the worst ratings possible.
I have a similar experience with a loved one in aged care. This pharmacy is over pricing any medication not covered by the PBS, some by as much as double what I can get from Chemist Warehouse. On one occasion they demanded $300 to deliver an item that normally costs $7. An offer that was not so politely declined.
My advice is to talk to the nurse in charge of ordering meds and ask that any items on the invoice you think are overpriced to be in future purchased by you. Anything that's on the PBS cannot be rorted and so, are not an issue.

My 89 year old Mum is in aged care, has hurt her arm and has an infection in it, she is in excruciating pain and has been waiting since the script was sent around 1.30 today for Aspect Pharmacy to drop off antibiotics and anti- inflammatories. It’s now 7.30 and they still haven’t arrived, I just called her and heard her yell in pain.
This is unacceptable…they threaten to withhold her medication if I’m late paying her bill and can’t even provide the service they claim to provide in a reasonable time.
I too am not happy that we are made to use this service.

Mum's Aged Care Home changed Pharmacy to this one, what a mistake! Anythink that isn't on script is charged a 1/3 or more than any other pharmacy. Charged for Medication which isn't perscribed, Medication she does have is charged for twice. These are the issues so far and have only been dealing with them since April 2022 when aged care home changed phamacy.
CHECK YOUR INVOICE and DON'T DIRECT DEBIT !!

Appalling service. Biased treatment. Over charging. Incorrect medication supplied.
