Great parking facility with well priced rates. Parking is paid for through an app which makes parking and paying really convenient. Will park here again!

Very convenient parking location. Quick entry and exit which is great when I come in for meetings in the city. Bonza!

ETA: when I posted this a week ago with screenshot of the incorrect info it didn't post publicly for whatever reason. Have removed it and adjusting from 1 star to 2 stars given the fact that I was able to get a refund in the end, but all the issues I outline below still stand.

Booked this online (as did several friends) as it was a convenient location to an event we were all attending. The booking confirmation email said my parking space was reserved and gave me a PIN and instructions to enter it in lieu of taking a ticket when entering the carpark. Great! Parking sorted! However this was misleading information. There is no ticket machine, no pinpad, no free spaces when I arrived, and no intercom to get assistance as also worded in the email. I'm assuming it's correct for the other carparks listed on the website but does not apply to this one. One of my friend's lucked out and did get a space but was concerned because there are signs in the carpark itself saying it closes at 6. Basically nothing matches up between web booking and reality so it's not worth booking ahead. Wasted my money and my time because I had to find a new carpark.

Took my very elderly parents into the city and found this place to park. Downloaded the app and entered the credit card details, all seemed ok but when we returned 2 hour's later found a ticket for$88. Rang the office to find out what was the problem only to be told the credit card payment hadn't gone through. Went through the appeals process which of course failed. Was happy to pay for the time we were there and thought we'd done everything right. Avoid at all costs.

Warning: Strong urine smell. A lot of rubbish around & was dark. We felt unsafe. There are no ticket machines and no staff. There’s a sign saying to pay with an Easy Park app - but after entering in my car rego, payment & contact details and carpark location, the app did not work! I tried many times over the next 2 hours & the app still did not work - it said the location was unavailable even though the car park was open. There was no phone number or staff to contact. Care Park then ‘fined’ me $88. I went through their ‘appeals’ process which basically got a standard immediate response that I didn’t pay, even though I’d explained the app did not work & there was no other way to pay or contact Care Park. Even when I explained I was willing to pay for parking, but just needed a way to do so, since the app hadn’t worked, Care Park wouldn’t accept payment of the car park rate & insisted on $88 being paid instead. It’s been a really frustrating experience parking here & then trying to deal with Care Park when Care Park has been so uncooperative & unhelpful.

PSA - Private car parks cannot legally fine you in QLD. If you see a notice, just throw it in the bin. If the owners are actually petty enough to take you to court, just explain that you made every reasonable effort to pay via the app (use screenshots to show errors). It will either be thrown out or you'll be made to pay a pittance.

0 star! The app didn’t work and we can’t find the right car park to pay. Then we received $88 ticket. I tried to appeal but was rejected. Now they charge me $176. The worst car park I have seen. They should close.

Absolutely disgusting car park, not only filthy dirty and littered with needles and lift and lights not working. We parked on the 26th of Dec and paid what we assumed was over night until 9am the next morning , then again the 27th of Dec again what we assumed over night. Upon entering the car park on the 28th at 9:02am there was a notice on our windscreen from 7:29am for a fine of $88 , saying that we were not paid up. When trying to call the company it states that mail box is full and finally found the form to complete to dispute the charges we receive a simple sentence stating that we got find as it expired the evening before at 5:59pm. On questioning why this hadn't happened the two previous night we were told oh cause there as no staff on to fine you. Absolutely no consistency, and certainly was not clear on the details of parking in the establishment. Please clean up the car park and try to be consistence with your rules. Will never use the facility again and have told every one we know as well.

If you're here trying to figure out if you need to pay for a "payment notice" the answer is no. Throw it in the bin. They cannot do squat.

Confusing parking conditions. Website says 24/7, signs in the car park say it closes at 6pm which would require a $120 fee to exit. Called head office at the time to confirm and had to move the car due to risk of being locked in. Emailed the next day and the Brisbane head office say its 24/7. Which one is it?

My daughter stalked by what she finally realised was the security but extremely frightened- think about how close you are being in young persons personal space !

Confused parking, in sunday they charged $15. Go there if you want whole day parking if for fraction of hours go else where.
Wont recommend.
