Service is too good for installation and demo. It was not just for namesake (based on experience from others). They manually checked everything and corrected, with patience. Satisfied with the service. Special mention to Mr. Dainik for his sincere work. Will definitely contact them in future😊

I had a headset issue on my BMC Timemachine and took it to multiple shops and spent over a grand on labour but couldn’t get it fixed and was suggested to sell the bike.
Brought it into Bike Lab after seeing their mechanic working for Tour De Brisbane and the lad fixed it in a couple of hours. Excellent mechanics, I'd say one of the best in Brisbane.
Did a Mt Cootha ride last weekend and the bike was absolutely perfect.

I Bought Factor Ostro Vam last month from Bikelab and they did a bike fit and built the bike in 4 days.
Mechanical work is top notch and they have actual knowledge of the parts and service unlike other shops in the neighbourhood.
Highly recommended to give them a try first.

I am visiting Brisbane for holidays and had a front flat tyre. I had lost the Allen key to remove the wheel during my travel. I limped over to Bike Lab Nundah to find they were closed (during Xmas time). Graham, the owner just so happened to be dropping in to the shop and very kindly offered to help me with lending me the tool and pump. This is the magic of smaller local bike shops. Thank you Graham for getting me out of trouble. I'll be sure to make the Bike Lab Nundah my LBS when I move up to BNE next year.

Hi Bike Lab, Nundah is my choice of bike shops when it comes to service and due to its excellence any other odds and ends I may want/require.
Not only was my bike fixed in half an hour it was done in my books very very cheaply!
The price included replacing a plastic part with alloy.
I recommend this shop highly to anyone. Any fixes needed on my bike will be done here.
