Airport Heritage Motel

We were looking for a place to stay near the Brisbane Airport with our 18-month son and our fur son (dog). We were so glad that we booked a room with Airport Heritage Motel. We booked their King room. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect. We could easily take a walk to a dog park and a huge kids playground at Hercules Street Park to burn our sons' energy! We actually wanted to have a meal at their restaurant but it was not open on Friday night so we bought something from a nearby supermarket and had a lazy dinner in the room. However, there seem to be a plenty of dine-in options if you want to go out to have a proper dinner. I hope to try their restaurant next time. It was a great stay overall and it was a pleasant experience for our family. Highly recommended.

I have been staying here for about six weeks now and it is just so beautiful! The service is amazing! Absolutely children friendly! (Tammy) manager is purely amazing always on her feet but always has time for a chat and too make sure your okay and doing fine! The beds are so comfortable! I would 110% recommend this hotel too anyone! The pool is just amazing also I love going for late night swims the pool temperature is the best! House keeping do an amazing job also! ❤

Convenient place to stay during a layover. We were very early and the lady at reception was excellent, allowing us to store our bags while we looked around and eventually when we returned, calling housekeeping to get our room ready and we were able to check in hours early. It was extremely hot and we were sweltering, and the customer service from all staff to get us into our room early for some relief was amazing. The room was clean and a good size. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. The road out front was busy and the motel is under a flight path into Brisbane airport, which was initially a worry as we had a room at the front of the motel facing the road. However, Brisbane is not really that busy a city and everything quietened down quite early. Also it's cheap, so I would recommend this place if you just need to stay somewhere for a night or two.

I stayed here for around 4wks with my daughter and her little family and it was awesome and friendly, the pool was so nice n our late night swims were great 🙂 The manager Tammy is a lovely person, friendly and a hard worker, house keeping were also great. The location is near almost everything. Getting stuck in the lift was an experience lol It was sad to leave 😔

My partner and I wanted somewhere we could stay with our dog for the night near eat street. Quality Inn Airport Heritage was the perfect location. We were able to walk to and from the hotel to eat street about 30min stroll. The room was nice and clean and large. Bed was soooo comfy!! Had the best nights sleep. Staff were absolutely lovely and came out and gave our little pup a good pat which he loved. All in all a wonderful experience and will definitely stay again. No trouble booking online, checking in and checking out. Free parking too which is almost unheard of these days! Highly recommend 👌

Stayed in Pet Friendly room. Although dated, room was clean and very roomy. Bed comfortable. Conveniently located. No restaurant at the moment, but Doordash delivered our meal in front of door.

Stayed here one night on new years eve. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, ie. Microwave, Closet Space, Aircon ect. Price was super cheep for what we got, and location was ideal, as its situated right on kingsford smith drive. We ended up checking in late, but checkin was made easy with just one phone call. A good solid option that I would definitely recommend!

Perfect Brisbane get away with my fur baby, lovely host, comfy rooms and short walk to park, cafes and wharf. Family friendly, good price for city accommodation.

Just amazing the manager is beautiful was so lovely and helpful with the 3 kids the pool was lovely and it's the cheapest I found in Brisbane clean place anytime check in the chef in the kitchen was amazing so lovely I recommend highly

Checked in for 5days during a business trip. Rooms are clean and has every basic things I need. Lady in the front desk is helpful and friendly. But don't expect for a room service everyday, need to make a request. Overall, my stay was good.

My high ratings are verses the cost and value for money. We needed an overnight near airport hotel with late check in. Very sharp service to organise that. Went seamlessly after a long flight. New television and air conditioner, very well presented room at affordable prices.

Very well done & great to see a pet friendly motel in the city.. Has all the necessary facilities of a modern motel. Convenient location. We had a lovely hot breakfast in the restaurant courtyard with our dog & a great steak dinner that night.

I would have to say that the stay I had with Airport Heritage Thursday night
1/07/21 was.......... MAGNIFICENT.

Very nice room, spacious, clean, well appointed. The bed, well the bed, was also a delight to sleep on, I haven't had a lot to do with a King size beds, but that now is my standard.

The conversation I received on the phone with Jay was polite and friendly, welcoming, along with the greeting I received from Tammy was also welcoming and pleasant. Thank you.

Now, what I thought was just a bath and shower, I also would have been happy with, but no....... It was a spa bath, the look on my face, it was like my Birthday had come early.

OK, I did use all the shampoo and Body wash, but soaking in that tub was glorious. Thank you.

This now is my go to Accommodation / room when coming to Brisbane for courses or R and R.

I am also going to the website too comment.

Pleasantly surprised 🥰 we were travelling with did and our usual accommodation in Brisbane was booked out, so after many attempts to find a dog friendly stay we found the Quality inn. We know Kingsford Smith drive can be very busy so we were worried about that and parking. But we heard no street noise from our room (1) and the parking was under the building with easy access to the street. Our room was a very good size, comfy bed, clean sheets, basic coffee making, and did not smell like smoke, this might be our new go to motel 🥰

We got here at 11pm & the lovely lady on the front desk walked up to us with the keys for our rooms before we had reached the door. You don’t get much better than that service . Rooms were very comfortable & clean..
Staff were very helpful & sorted out an issue with taxis for us making our next connections possible .. huge thank you for that ..
breakfast was lovely, continental & cooked breakfast included in price . The staff member in the restaurant was more than happy to do any breakfast we requested.. I would recommend this Motel for a good location to catch the water taxi into the city .

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. It was close to restaurants and the airport.
The only downside was the aircon. The room was a bit warm but that’s not a big deal.
The lady at the desk was lovely. Very friendly.

Very nice hotel with a balcony. Has a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Nice clean spacious room.
