What a great branch and great team! Henry and Cam both made us feel important and special which is so much more than we have received from any big banks in the past! Henry went out of his way to get the job done and Campbel even made himself available after hours because I struggled to make the 9-5 due to work commitments. I can’t thank you all enough! You really are the best! This branch really is a diamond in the rough when it comes to financing your dreams!

I just wanted to share my great experience with everyone that is thinking of opening an account with BOQ, I was very hesitant at first as I have been with my current branch and bank for so long! But the service and communication was absolutely outstanding from Campbell Morrow (Relationship Manager). I am super busy and always on the run so don't quite have the time to visit the branch but a lengthy phone call, he responded to all of many questions very quickly and was super helpful throughout the entire process.

I now an grad I made the decision opened up a new account with BOQ Richmond
