Gee some of the reviews here are harsh. So many first world problems. The poor woman who had to wait an extra week…..I was starting to weep.

Anyway, went in, checked stock and found a great lounge. Service by the older chap who helped us was great (and yes, I should have grabbed his name).

Lounge will be delivered in about 3 months as we chose a variation to any floor stock.

Now, if takes a few extra weeks, I promise I’ll do my best to be brave.

Definitely worth a visit if looking for lounges or tables.

Oh and pics are of the fun products my family would not allow me to choose!

Update. Lounge arrived! Communications was great throughout. First class effort by all involved.

Really enjoyed dealing with theTeam at Nick Scali. The staff made ordering super easy. I was kept up to date re progress of my order. The sofa I ordered arrived in perfect condition. It’s a gorgeous addition to my new home. Beautifully made. The guys who delivered it were friendly and super efficient. Great to have them unpack and set it up so you know you’ve got exactly what you ordered. I love buying items from Nick Scali. Wish I had a bigger place so I could buy more. 😁

I’ve ordered two leather dining chairs and a sofa set with Nick Scali in the last two months. The sofa is 4 weeks away but I am so happy with the seamless experience of both the orders.

We went for a couch hunt to Nick Scali in Fortitude Valley and found a beautiful leather couch that we could all quickly agree on. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Since that day we have all counted down the days for our new couch Denver’s arrival! I was working on the delivery day and my husband sent me these photos of Denver and the kids. Hello Denver, welcome to our home! We couldn’t be happier with this comfy and great looking couch. Thanks to all the friendly staffs at Fortitude Valley specially Troy.

We were very happy with our Nick Scali experience. They had exactly what we wanted, and it was readily available. Pricing was good, we will shop there again.

The TV unit and wardrobe looks really good and fit my apartment. The staff in the shop is very friendly and knowledgeable. But I did experience of rescheduling the delivery date as other customers.

Our original buffet was delivered with a chip on the marble top. I contacted the Nick Scali customer service line and they were incredibly helpful and started the process immediately for a replacement buffet. It was very reassuring that the service team were so helpful and took immediate action. The second delivery was from two delivery drivers that had come up from NSW to assist and they were incredible. Helpful, pleasant and very careful not to damage the new item plus our flooring. We have ordered from both King Furniture and Nick Scali and Nick as a I have by far outweighed our expectations.

Great experience, both in store and on delivery side. The couch is quite comfortable and looks great in my space. Super satisfied, for sure would buy furniture from them again!!
