Booked a table for 6 people a few days before Xmas. The food was really good, the service was on point, and the atmosphere was just perfect. That you can still hear each other while talking considering that night was a full house. I definitely recommend this restaurant as they have a private space for small groups private rooms for small gatherings.

Food is delicious, service friendly, and has a great overall experience.

This is an up market venue. Don't come expecting satay beef. If you are seeking standard local flavours, this isn't the place for you. However, if you are looking for fresh food chosen from a tank, dishes so special that a couple need to be ordered 24hours in advance and a range of delectable dishes for a palette craving something special, then this is the place you need to be!

A place to experience at least once.

I just had my birthday dinner party here and I could not have wished for more. The management is very attentive. Staff are friendly. Food is fresh, delicious, and authentic. There’s so much variety to choose from in the menu. The vibe and atmosphere is perfect. On top of that, they were very accommodating to our needs. Thumbs up!

Wonderful slice of heaven. Dark interior and round tables conducive to a social meal that you don't want to leave. Great banquet foods and copious drinks to choose make this ideal for all events.

After having a terrible 2 hours at Persone restaurant next door without any mains coming out, we went to Phoenix to dine for the rest of our Saturday night. The food was delivered quickly, steaming hot and ever so comforting! Good portion size too. The ambience and lighting were wonderful😊

Our large group were well cared for. Special dietary needs catered for. The food was so full of flavour. The satay chicken with a side of special fried rice has a pleasant zing. Just wash it down with a cider from the bar menu. Our gathering gave a great atmosphere and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible via the elevator. Thank you so much.

Me and my family come every few months, every time we come we get the best welcome and the service is fantastic. not to mention the brilliant fresh and delicious food. I 100% recommend to anyone in Brisbane to come and try this fantastic Chinese restaurant with friends or family.

We decided to celebrate a special occasion at Phoenix as we are a big fan of the Phoenix restaurants in Sydney! This one in brisbane lived up to our expectations and exceeded it. Absolutely delicious meals and generous in portions. Service is professional and polite, and dining in is upmarket, red and black decor which creates an almost exotic feel, seated in aircon and a darker ambiance was something that just added to the experience. We had some yumcha and other dishes such as sweet and sour pork, Mongolian beef, calamari and crispy chicken which was the best we’ve had anywhere. It is on the expensive side, but you don’t book here not knowing that you will be paying a bit more, you get what you pay for and we left very happy indeed. We shall be back and back again!

A fantastic selection of yum cha dishes and they are all very authentic and delicious. Love the atmosphere here and the service is great too. A bit pricy but worth the money. Will definitely return, highly recommended!

My friend and I stumbled into this place randomly and what a find it turned out to be! We started with a comforting pot of jasmine tea, moving onto a variety of dumplings (steamed! fried! floating in chicken broth!) and ending with cloud-like mango pancakes. Super friendly service, good prices (two very full and happy bellies at $40 each). Thank you for an amazing lunch!

Oh Phoenix how l missed you. To say l was over the moon to find out that the very popular Phoenix restaurant was opening in Brisbane is an understatement. I have been a huge fan of this restaurant that has been running for the last 20 years.
Was quite a regular customer to the @rhodes_phoenix and @sky_yumcha restaurant and so I have always found the quality of yum cha to be on a whole new level. To me everything just tastes better at Phoenix and l was so happy to hear that Brisbane Phoenix will have some brisbane exclusive  yum cha items like the Fresh Crab Meat XLB, Scallop and Caviar Shumai and King Prawn and Goji Berries Rice Paper Roll just to name a few.
Brisbane Phoenix restaurant itself is conveniently located within Brisbane Quarter precinct. 180 seat venue and has three functions rooms one in particular was fit for a queen lol. Will l be back….heck yeah!!! For both a la carte and yum cha and l can not wait!

Came to Brisbane from Melbourne and had to try Phoenix out for yum cha. We’ve only heard good things and the food definitely didn’t disappoint. I would rate the yum cha the best in Brisbane and definitely some of the best in Australia. Taste delicious, cooked well, worth the money.

Hands down the best Yum Cha and Chinese food in Brisbane. We were not disappointed! We had dinner last night with me 3 year old and husband…Everything was fresh and delicious and they really cater to the kids. The service was very friendly and the food came out very fast. The atmosphere was great, with moody lighting. Definitely worth the price. Can’t wait to be back. Thanks guys I wish I took photos but I was too busy enjoying the food

It’s every bit as good as it’s Sydney counterparts. The decor is stunning. Parking a breeze. Went for Yum Cha with the family and it was brilliant! Steamed or fried the dumplings were juicy and delicious. The wine list is tight and interesting. Service was attentive. What a great venue! Well done Phoenix Team!
