Sam and his team are absolutely amazing! The service is so personal and Sam always answers all my questions promptly, sources personalised products for me, and even dropped them off at my house near Christmas! I prefer to buy everything from him and support a local business.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the past two years. I have had nothing but beautiful service. Whenever the doctor has accidentally forgotten to give instructions the chemist always takes time to walk me through the steps just in case. Which is greatly appreciated.
Having it near a Woolworths is great as I can run off while I wait for scripts to be completed.
Even when I made a mistake and thought they had lost my script (I accidentally left it on the table Woops) they were so patient and apologetic. When in reality I should’ve been the one apologising. I don’t know where I would be without such a convenient location.

Lucy is very helpful and patient! I went to the store to print some passport-sized photos today. There were some problems with my photos, but Lucy managed to help me fix these with great patience and high quality. Thank you again!

Sam and his team are outstanding. Always treated with kindness and respect, even when the pharmacy is busy busy. Great care is taken with my regular medication and I'm glad to be a loyal customer of theirs.

If you want PERFECT passport photos look no further!! I am amazed by this pharmacy as for US passport is very precise in diameters and she snapped the pictures instant perfection and extremely glad they matched the consulates criteria instantly no back or forth like previous days THANK YOU !!

I was in isolation but needed a prescription, and Sam and the team made sure to call me when it got sent in and had it delivered to my building. Always super nice and professional. ☺

Sam Lenti and his team are bar none the nicest and most helpful pharmacy team I have ever dealt with. If only more business were run this well.

The staff at this pharmacy are very helpful and know their stuff, the pharmacy itself has pretty much everything you could need, and it's also handy to have a QML Pathology inside the pharmacy. I do agree with what one reviewer said though about the Pathology staff being far less friendly.

Very polite and helpful staff,my first visit last weekend left me with with a wonderful feeling of going there again......even if it's just to see them.....people like them makes the world a better place to live in
