Great coffee, baked goods, and friendly efficient service in a nice and clean atmosphere with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Food and beverages were brought out at the same time, which I appreciate. I will be back!

Best coffee in the CBD! Riley always makes my morning as he serves me with a smile. Only reason I haven't quit my job in the city is the amazing service and workers at Espresso that get me through the working week.

Excellent cafe. Service is always impeccable. Coffee standard is always high. Although the blend might not be as strong as other places, it is very smooth. I have had countless coffees here and only a few have ever been average. Which is even more impressive because of the minimal wait time even when busy. The food is also delicious. Great variety of food for a small cafe too. Highly recommend.

I visited here with my colleague to grab a coffee before going into a meeting. I ordered a long black with one shot only as I wanted my coffee not strong at all. Due to the meeting I had near the shop, I could not finish it, but I did not want to waste it and asked for a takeaway cup. This gentleman at the counter said they could not offer takeaway as they are not allowed for a takeaway order. He kindly offered me to come back after my meeting so that he can make a coffee again for free of charge! It was such a kind offer and made my day. Although I was rushing to return to my office after the meeting I had near this shop, and was not able to get the free coffee, I really appreciated for the offer.

This would have to be the best coffee in Brisbane. My colleague introduced me to the coffee this week and I've never scored a local coffee 10/10. Wow, amazing. Keep up the good work. Good location, busy during peak times. Highly recommend.

Espresso Engine is one of my favourite Coffee Shop in Brisbane CBD. The coffee is great, the service is excellence. Surrounded by many offices, this coffee shop can be very crowded during peak hour, especially morning time. However, don't judge by the long queue, because their service is also very fast. There are usually 3 person serving as front liners welcoming & write your order ; another dedicated baristas are preparing your coffee. Oh, I love their colour of the cup : orange! 😊

Excellent coffee always get the milk texture just right for a latte. Surprisingly quick for how busy it gets. Vegan toastie is perfect for breakfast (and I'm not even a vegan or vegetarian).

I have been buying coffee here since it opened and have never had a bad coffee. The staff are well trained, friendly and efficient and great choice of food despite the small kitchen.

Clearly a popular place and very busy when I went. But I trusted the reviews below which say the staff are on top of it. It looks like chaos....but seemingly organised chaos!! Coffee is really good.

Used google to find this cafe tucked down by the Law Courts. Great coffee and buzzy environment - love it. May just have to come back for lunch as the sandwiches looked pretty good

Went to the new store in Charlotte Street, love the underground feel, the food was great and the coffee was just outstanding. It is now my new coffee shop. It makes you want to buy coffee.
