Aaron and the team have been fantastic to deal with. When I told them my concerns about my new to me Audi S5's service history, they booked me in for a minor service and completed a thorough check so they could accurately advise what maintenance was actually needed on the vehicle. I'm extremely happy with the professional service and advice I have received from them and I can finally start enjoying the car.

I could not recommend the West End Service Centre enough! Aaron and his team are fantastic.

After several months and issues elsewhere, I was referred to Aaron and his team to diagnose and repair my BMW. While West End Service Centre were super busy, they always made sure to keep my updated and communicate what was going on with my vehicle. The team also went above and beyond, making sure my car was clean and presentable on return. They even provide after hours collection which was fantastic.

My car drives better than it ever did before. If you have any mechanical needs for your Euro car, I would strongly recommend you give Aaron and his team a call.

However, good things do come to those who wait, and I'm so glad I persevered.

Aaron has been more than helpful, he was able to explain everything about my car and be honest about the issues and also great on price. So stoked I found these guys to keep using with any issues I have with my car.

I've had bad experiences with mechanics overcharging but these guys were great. I had to change an Alternator and some other components on my car. Generally anything over a grand ill get a second quote, these guys weren't offended when I asked for a chance to get the second opinion which came in very close to the quote provided. Ontop of this they were great at explaining the issue and got my car back on the road very quickly.

Aaron and the team are just excellent people, very trustworthy and knowledgeable! It’s also great to have a mechanic in such a central location that can work on larger vans thanks to their hoist sizes. We definitely wouldn’t take our Crafter vans anywhere else 🙂

Cant speak highly enough of Aaron, and to he honest everyone that works at the West end service centre - ive had interactions with three different people now and everyone has be awesome. I came across these guys by accident getting a quick rwc for a car I was selling. They always do what they can to accommodate you, even when it's busy. They get the work done quickly and they do a great job. I had a power steering leak that made a mess under the bonnet and they even cleaned up the engine bay after the repair so that its immaculate. Always communicate effectively, give you quotes ahead of time so that you can accept/review the work before they get started. These guys have a real hussle about them, they're honest, prices are on point. Won't be going anywhere else... 10 stars

Aaron casually fixed an issue with the transfer case engagement switch that I didn't even bother mentioning as another shop had told me it would need to be dealt with specifically by a 4x4 transmission shop.

The above alone should be a clear indicator of how thorough they are.

I can not thank Aaron and the team enough. I have had a complicated differential issue to diagnose with my Golf R where prior to visiting Aaron I could not get a confident, accurate diagnosis given the location of the noise and other potential causes. I had the recommendation to go and see Aaron for his opinion. Aaron pinpointed the issue in very little time and gave me confident, clear advice on what was going on, what needed to be done and what my options were. He was very thorough, took the extra time to explain it to me, provide evidence, and gave me recommendations to save me money in dealing with the issue. Aaron is brilliant - a great mechanic and great to deal with. 100% recommend.

Brought my car in today because these guys were highly recommended to me for being thorough and honest.
Aaron showed me that my brakes were worn all the way through and it was dangerous to drive. Even though they were booked out Aaron kept my car and fixed the brakes same day for me. Everyone there is professional and welcoming. I recommend Repco West End to anyone who needs a professional and thorough service for their vehicle. I give them a rating of 11/10 and 6 stars.

Excellent service from Aaron who had me back on the road very quickly. Not only fixed my headlight but saw I had another light out. Way cheaper than the dealer too. I’ll be back.

The service and repairs from Aaron were excellent. The technicians picked up the actual fault which had been mis diagnosed by another repairer. Always pays to get a second opinion. Which in this case saved me thousands in unnecessary repairs. Would highly recommend this service centre.

I selected this shop for the owner/manager: I had dealt with him at a previous business and found him to be both a competent and a reliable mechanic, so it was only natural he remain my mechanic. Unfortunately for me, my wallet, and my car I had not know he switched shops. Fortunately, I was able to track him and his team to THIS business.

After correcting the poor work the previous shop had done to my vehicle, the team quickly diagnosed my car troubles and fixed them on the spot (and for 1/4 of the cost quoted to me by the other business!!!).

However, the reason why I used this shop’s services, why I have used this mechanic in the past, and why my car will only go to this shop in the future is the manger/owner takes time to explain what the team is going to do. He is clearly a master of his trade as demonstrated by the clear and thoughtful explanations he gave for why certain works have to be done, moving-on only once I was satisfied and understood. This respect is very important to me. The bonus with this shop too, is they charge a bargain for their services!!!
In short: great shop. I highly recommend. My car will certainly be returning.
