The manager, Dani, is kind and honest and will actually check everything thoroughly. I had an intermittent issue that no one else wanted to look at beyond doing a diagnostic scan but he actually ensured fuel lines etc were checked before recommending onto an Auto-electrician and provided me with a report to do so.
As a woman of 31 who is still learning a lot about cars I felt I could trust him more than other people I have dealt with.
Additionally they are fast and when doing a service they send photos of before and after.

Excellent car service provided by the team for my Mitsubishi ASX. The whole experience starting from the 1st call of booking till you pick up the car was amazing. Very friendly team and so satisfying when they send me the pictures of what was replaced and fixed. Never had such a great service with any other mechanics before. Highly recommended. Thank you Auto Keeper team for going extra miles to provide the best service and make us feel that our car is in safe hands.

AutoKeepers West End are amazing at what they do! They resurrected my long neglected Hilux and got it reliably back on the road. She's never driven this well.

The staff here are approachable and extremely knowledgeable. I called up and explained the issues I’ve been having with my car and they immediately gave a few suggestions as to what may be causing it and the things they would look into. On drop off they very clearly recited back to me what I had said on the phone and I completely understood my want to keep the price to a minimum - reassuring me that they would call if they found anything that would change the quoted price before they actually actioned anything.

Upon pick up they were really clear about what they did and even show you on a screen photos of the parts of your car they were looking at and explain it to you so you know exactly what they did. Very fair price too, I’ll definitely be back for future issues.

Don't have to wait a week to get your vehicle in. Danilo is awesome always helpful in the phone. Did a pre-purchase inspection, made it super easy, sent me all the photos and the report. Well worth the $250 price tag for peace of mind.

Will be using as my local mechanic from now on.

Impressive, friendly, and totally honest service! As a female customer, I really appreciate that. Working in the city, this place is super handy to drop off my car and catch a bus back into the CBD.

Would Henderson recommend and go back to do any further work there with them? They were great communicated everything well and gave me great timelines. Let me know when stuff was needing replacement stuff was wearing down and made it feel too easy.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We had an X-Trail that had multiple issues and we took it in for a service ready for a potential road worthy. Reece and the team did an amazing job looking into the issues we requested and provided a detailed quote for each issue with a plan for resolving and the cost of parts and labour split. The mechanic took photos of each issue which provided great piece of mind. The quote was even sorted for us into work that was required for roadworthy and not. Absolutely would recommend!!

Hands down best mechanic I've had. Honest, reasonably priced and great communication. I've since left Brisbane and struggling to find an equivalent!

I’ve had bad experiences before with mechanics not explaining things and charging exorbitant prices. Auto keepers went out of their way to explain the quote and work that needed to be done.

Detailed service and astute knowledge, though you would expect that anyway. It was a refreshing visit for my service even if the weather was a bit sour.

Came for an RWC check and the guy was VERY competent and loved my 1997 GQ Patrol.

The service was very prompt, polite and professional. They checked my brakes for free and informed me that I still had a few months of use left and gave me replacement options and helped me find my own specific aftermarket parts.

This is after a service at another local place trying to tell me I needed all 4 corners docs and pads replaced at the time which I knew was incorrect.

Their honest service really surprised me and I knew they weren’t trying to make a buck so to speak. I highly recommend them after previously using their competitors in the area.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I had my car breakdown last week and needed a new alternator. I was very stressed because no one was going to be able to do it for me for almost a week but I called AutoKeepers and they came to the rescue working extra the next day to get the job done for me so I didn't have to go without my car for the weekend. They did an amazing job, such great and outstanding service and the price was terrific too! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! You guys are the best!
