Just picked up my Focus Thron2 today! Fabulous bike and got a great deal. Staff were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Enormous range of quality bikes. Highly recommend!

I am fortunate to have picked Electric Bikes Brisbane to buy my first e-bike. They have a huge range and great value too - like my Earth T-Rex . I booked a test ride and felt very welcome the moment I walked into the store. A very friendly and helpful guy named Nick demonstrated all the bike features and took me for a test ride
I chose the Earth T-Rex based on its powerful high torque motor for the steep hills in my area. A few days later Nick went above and beyond to deliver my bike on my birthday. Very impressive service!
I simply cannot fault the friendliness of EBB staff, the great bikes and the service they provide. I look forward to many more years of dealing with EBB

This is the second electric bike I have bought from E bikes Brisbane. The Earth bike I bought 8 years ago has substantially improved with my new Earth bike but the service has always remained the same. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Electric bikes Brisbane to anyone wanting an electric bike.

Josh was super helpful and patient with all of our questions. He helped narrow their massive range of bikes down to a couple that suited us perfectly, and showed us how to set up our new bike rack. Excellent service.

I bought my first ebike here and used their online questionnaire tool to narrow down my options. Then I went in store to see them and ask all my questions. It was great to try the bikes out and make sure I could find a good fit (I have short legs!).
Now I'm loving my new Earth ebike and am happy to have a reliable and local store for future services and warranty.

Walked into EBB on Wednesday, decided on a bike with the help of the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came back on Saturday after booking handover appointment online. Couldn't have been easier!! Seamless, professional operation. Another happy camper.

Love the EBB crew. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest, the staff always take time to understand what you need (and what you don’t!). No hard sells or up-sells, just good honest advice. I just purchased my third ebike from them - well, my second (after 6000 km on the first!) but I bought one for my partner too. True five star service.

Have had my Orbea Kemen 10 SUV for about 1 month and could not be happier. Love it! Road tested about 7 e-bikes at various places before purchasing, and the service (and patience!) from EBB staff was exceptional. It is a large investment, and these guys really do seem to understand this.

I have just received my ebike what friendly and professional service Andrew at Electric Bikes Brisbane has given me. I booked in a time for handover ,and there was my bike and staff waiting to make sure that I had all my questions answered. They took the time to run through all the functions and care of my new ride. Just rode home,I don't think the car will out much any more.

After being shafted by a big brand well known bike shop I discovered Electric Bikes Brisbane. Customer service from Alex and Josh was second to none. Ordering and picking up was hassle free and very relaxing.

She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful both when we visited the store to test ride the bike we subsequently purchased and via phone and email throughout the entire process. I ordered two e- bikes on a Sunday evening and emailed Josh on the Monday morning to see if the order could be delivered within a week. To my surprise the bikes were delivered on the Thursday morning! What a great experience. I can’t wait for the weekend to show it off at the family picnic.

Collected my Earth T-Rex 650B Crossbar Trekking e-Bike last week.

The EBB staff were very helpful, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the way they took me thru the display panel, brakes, gearing info etc. Prior to taking it for a test drive, we adjusted the seat slightly and then rode up & down Douglas St. It was obvious on my return that the seat needed another height adjustment.

I rode my bike into the city along the river walk/cycle way, caught the Cleveland train to Manly and rode home. It did not take me long to get acquainted with my new toy. Mind you, this is my second e-Bike (so I am now longer on L plates - lol !!). My new bike is lighter than my previous e-bike, and far superior.

Very professional and eager to understand specific requirements of potential bike owner. Helped me through identifying ideal fit for me. Recommend without hesitation.

Electric Bikes Brisbane, thank you for your great reliable service and products. My wife and I were looking to buy an E-Bike each. After ringing around bike shops in Brisbane looking to purchase our first electric bike EBB stood out with their help and expertise choosing the bikes to suit our needs. A great range of bikes from entry level to top level, dirt / adventure, road and cruising. Even cargo bikes!
Aftersales service is outstading and we love the EBB owners club ride events. Just down to earth nice people.
But most of all, we love our E-Bikes !!

Absolutely awesome experience purchasing my first ever E-MTB. I was answered on the phone swiftly and politely by Jill, and taken through my options efficiently and easily.
