I’m delighted to share my experience with Andersens Indooroopilly. I had the pleasure of having Paul Hoodson as our sales consultant, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process. I must say, the results exceeded my expectations – our floors look absolutely amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend their services.

We replaced our old carpets recently with new carpets from Andersens Indooroopilly. The service was excellent from the start of the process, including fitting in with difficult and changing timing requirements. The price was right and the installation was tailored to our needs, which required the installation to be completed over 2 visits, several months apart. Good communication was maintained throughout. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend their services. Thank you especially, Jake and Paul.

Highly recommend Andersens Indooroopilly. Love my new flooring both carpets and floorboards. Everyone at Andersens were helpful professional from Jake in the showroom, to the admin support and installers. Also, flooring was installed when they said it would be, no delays and no being stuffed around.

I used Andersens at Indooroopilly to do a custom made rug to my specific dimensions & edged as I specified. They did a great job and went above and beyond. Lambert and Paul also went to a lot of trouble to deliver the rug and instal it properly so I would highly recommend. Good communication & good service. Thank you

I highly recommend Andersens Indooroopilly. From quote to install the team was a pleasure to deal with. Jake's product knowledge was great and he found product that exact matched my requirements and was competitive on price and value under very tight timeframes. Andersens aren't like those bigger companies who come and measure, waste your time and offer a discount if you sign up on the spot !

After receiving the quote, we found a hole in the carpet in the closet that was not within the quote. They used the left over old piece of carpet to put in there without additional charges.

We had a really easy and good experience with Indro Andersen’s. Paul looked after us as soon as we walked into the shop - he patiently waited while we deliberated over different options, gave his experienced opinion then managed the rest of the process seamlessly.
