This parking is in great location. Ideal for work. Prices are great. It needs to be monitored more for non paying customers.

not really clear where to park for longer than 1 hour

There are no Wilson parking signs at all so despite paying on the app in advance, I literally couldn't find any of their parking spots despite driving around there for 15 minutes.

I called their customer service line for help and it went to someone's voicemail.

There are however many businesses who put up signs saying they tow non customers cars so I have a feeling many people like me gave up and started parking in the shops spots instead at the risk of being towed.
